No hot water for 2 days

clean rooms rear tag close to everything price was great looking forward to et stay

wasn’t really the property was some teenage kids there for spring break last night we were there no sleep. they were outside in parking lot at our door screaming and yelling at 2 am. took glass bottle behind our cars had to die thru glass. no code maker in room or phone more alarm clock

we rented the casita for two months and had no problems . when we came back at a later date the manager on duty gave a good rate it was Christmas Eve and there was an ice storm and no hot water . when we extended our stay she said one of our two rooms had to move to keep the rate because she was in trouble with the owner who was on vacation for renting a double bedded room at the same rate as a king . and she said she was a soon to me daughter in law and the owner was her boss and she wasn’t going to risk it so we said ok I guess considering there were only a handful of rooms it made no sense to have to turn a room and have housekeeping come and clean but she insisted . every day I was out doing business over both rooms and stayed in touch with manager on duty and two of the days I said I would be by soon to pay as she was not always on property or busy and I was in a meeting with bank handling an estate . we had no problems until the 4th day when that morning she said we were going to have to move again and there were no kings and I thought that odd because it was a wed and Thursday she said we had to move both rooms and we could not extend our stay anymore and apparently she didn’t charge for our dog and that we owed more I said really ok ….I thought this is weird they are so slow and I know port a really well and they were not busy on Wednesday I called and easily booked two king rooms on bioiking.com and used a credit card so I assumed it was paid . I left a note for the manager to please keep us in the same rooms and I would be by to pay the dog fee which seemed excessive as she charged daily . later when I went to check my status she called me and said why haven’t you been by to pay and I told her I assumed it was paid as the note should have alerted her .

Have stayed here several times. Great location great rates

The floor was so dirty that the bottom of our socks were black. Very disappointed in the housekeeping this time

The parking got a little tight but manange to adapt.

Not clean. Grounds were clean though, but the room was smoked in previously. All beds, sheets and towels were smelling like smoke. I approached it to discussed but I was told is just the damp air that makes smell like that. Absolutely wrong. All my clothes even the one I still kept in my luggage were smelling like that. I m not a smoker. It is a pet friendly property but pet owners don t control their pets. Loud at night. Music loud outside , there is always that person that subjects everyone to their music choice late in the night , and yeah , good luck trying to approach that these days. Property owner very dry and uppity attitude when approached about anything. The only person helpful, sweet and kind great customer service was her daughter Mary. Yeah, not staying there ever. I guess is more like - what you pay is what you get.

Very comfortable beds! Cold rooms! The pool is wonderful and plenty of out door entertainment! Staff is friendly and hardworking.
