Accessible, safe, well positioned, well kept.

No Central AC in rooms means that the rooms a a bit too humid. This was a little problematic when drying things from the beach.

This is our first choice to stay at because there is never any complaints.

Clean and LARGE rooms.

The outlets did not work, we were unable to charge our phones with out a plug adapter.

Very good location. Rooms nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast included. Nice to get up and grab some coffee and bagel. Had fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, muffins, cereal and more.

Staff was awesome friendly and attentive , my son locked our key in the room and front desk was fast to get us another one …, the vibe I got was so calm and relaxing that you can feel the positive energy

The location was good. The place was clean. Staff was super friendly.

The price was high. No elevator. No swimming pool. No fitness room. The breakfast was okay, but to compensate a warm breakfast would off been good. Needs more variety of cereal for the children.

Outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out. Clean, bed & room very comfortable, coffee, fridge & microwave. Plenty of towels & toiletries.

Loud doors of people either coming in or leaving. Some lady knocked on our door around 1:30a.m. cuz I guess she was lost which was very aggravating.

Plenty of room and clean suites. Also, free baby crib for my 11 month old nephew!

The front desk guy could have been a little nicer, but overall it was a great experience.

Everything was great except the room had a musty odor to it upon entering. We got used to the odor pretty quick so really wasn't a big deal. My son loved the breakfast because all he wants is cereal and muffins and hotel provided both. Coffee was excellent.

I know it was spring break and every place doubled there price for the week but could have been a bit cheaper.

Only disappointment was 'take and go' breakfast. Thought it would be a hot breakfast. But was a great location and great service.

Modern well priced hotel with all the amenities needed. Good location near ferry and walkable to restaurants and bars. Room was exceptionally spacious and had mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, lots of storage, comfortable bed and pillows. There is an open common area to visit with a snack/breakfast bar. Checkin and Checkout were efficient and friendly. Guest laundry is much appreciated as well.
