The location was great, the view was beautiful and the kitchen was better equipped than anywhere we have ever stayed. The service from the property manager (the one time we needed it) was prompt, friendly and very helpful.

Lugging our luggage up and down the outside flight of stairs was a pain.

Liked that it was only 10 units, easy parking (during our time frame), nice pool area and overall well maintained grounds and unit. Our unit 206 had everything you needed, well stocked with nice quality items. Included a few spices and other helpful cooking items.

The first part of taking a walk is rough as there is no sidewalks. Not owners fault. Didn't ever meet staff except grounds people, pool guy and a maid, all very nice. About 1.5 miles from shopping etc but fine with us.

The kitchen equipment is of a good quality and there's literally everything you may need. Comfy bed. A home away from home. Loved the Tommy Bahama beach chairs.

No washing machine in the condo. There's one coin operated on the premises, though.

Great location. Newly renovated, nice bed. Had no hot water for the first 4 days but the management company was good with communication about fixing it. The kitchen had everything you needed. Very clean and comfortable.

The blind on the sliders need replacement.
