Good location, steps from the beach and quiet despite being right on S. Kihei Ave. Unit was clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee and breakfast snacks in AM and snacks in afternoon. Comfortable bed, a/c worked great. Good shower. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. More forgiving cancellation policy than neighboring facilities.

Rooms are quite basic, kitchenettes are not particularly well equipped (no filters for the coffee maker, no dish towel, no paper towels, no drain plug for the sink to do dishes in, etc). The building is obviously old but the cinder block walls do seem to help keep it very quiet. The furnishings are dated and rather worn. Pool and hot tub are small. BBQ needs a reservation (as does the hot tub). There is a Resort charge tho Resort services are fairly minimal (you can get beach chairs, etc from them). No housekeeping unless requested and reserved a day in advance, not sure if that cost extra or not (we were only there 2 nights so not a problem).

Great location, comfortable rooms, there is a great restaurant (Isana) right next door with amazing food.

No breakfast served but coffee & tea is at the desk.Awesome goody treats at noon till evening at the front desk.

Since it’s closeby the beach,there should be a faucet along the building so that we Guest can take off or wash our feet /slippers from too much sands accumulate from the beach .It will help us soo much by not making our room full od sands & towels should not be used to clean up our feet & slippers.

extra daily hotel fee charge, no housekeeping service, shabby very small pool, walkway to room felt unsafe as swayed as you walked on it, had to ask for the complimentary bottle of water and got a lecture that one time only (fine, but hand it over) and very hard to find hotel reception.

Broken screen door, dirty bathroom floor, many ants, broken lights for the sign (we had a hard time finding the hotel at night and it was not fixed the day after we complained), noisy air conditioners, dirty pool, balconies with many bird feces, a heavy bathroom door which we struggled to open, and employees seldom pick up phones. We called and left messages but they do not return calls. We emailed but our emails are ignored.

We loved the room, beach and lovely garden.

Hotel staff was nice. They let you leave your luggage until check in. They provide beach towels or extra towels.

Our accommodations did not match any of the photos listed. Our living room was basic. One sofa, side table, tv console and 2 barstools. There was no coffee table, accent chairs or dining table with chairs. The room was large enough but it was blank of amenities and decor. The kitchen was functional but did not include anything including salt or pepper or ice trays. Overall the accommodation was old, dated and musty smelling. The pool as photographed is the size of a small hot tub. It would be a kiddie pool size. The hot tub was a nice big above ground hot tub. The yard was nice but hardly used. The listing says it is beachfront but it is across a road. The listing shows breakfast but no food is provided although there are good snacks and morning coffee. The WiFi drops off about every 30 seconds and needs to reconnect including the tv. All of this for $555/night all in.

Very noisy AC and fridge in room. Noisy roosters in neighborhood at 4:40am every morning. Can hear people upstairs and Nextdoor. Cramped space.

The size of room, location and parking were great. The staff were helpful and the additional benefit of a small garden and a small pool were welcome. One thing that would improve would be more information about local restaurants and cafes.
