The condo was clean and offered all the kitchen and beach supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was good. The building is older but well cared for, with nice grounds, clean bbq area, and small but nice pools and hot tub. Easy walk across the lawn to a small beach. Second floor condo allows for (somewhat distant) ocean views and sunsets. Short drive to groceries, restaurants. Fast wifi.

Condo is aging. Photos must have been taken some time ago. Sofa and table are very worn. Cupboard door hanging off hinges. Mattress needs replacement. Two body- shaped divets. Kitchen layout awkward is since cutlery, utensil drawers face dining area, not kitchen. Few outlets. We had to place the coffee maker on the dining table. Unit (#201) is near busy Kihei Road. Lots of traffic noise. Bring earplugs. Unit faces southwest, so sliding glass door curtains must be drawn all day to keep it cool (without using AC). Since there are no other windows, drawn curtains makes it a little dark and dreary inside.

Located on west side, comfortable to get anywhere on the island in reasonable time (30min to 1.5hrs). Loads of swimming gear and beach chairs. 4 beach towels and enough shower towels for a week (for 2 people). Ice machine and fresh water built-in the fridge (Samsung).

Advertised as "Condo on the Beach" ‐ IT IS NOT. It is the furtherst away from the beach in the whole complex, right next to the street. You cannot hear or see the beach from the apartment - only cars. This is a privately owned apartment, not a hotel. Upgrading rooms is therefore not be possible. The matress in the master bedroom has two huge pits in it from use over years. It was very uncomfortable. The bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom.

Er was net pest controle en we hadden last van grote kakkerlakken.

The apartment was spacious and had a lot of features, well stocked, very nice view. The View was just of the courtyard but still very pleasant. Really loved the wrap around balcony. Not close to a lot of stuff in the neighborhood, but just down the highway straight shot to where all the action is. Also we really enjoyed the atrium Garden. Would consider staying here again! In addition, I miscalculated the check-in time, and we were stranded early outside of the hotel with no vehicle and nothing to do except sitting on top of our luggage. We beg them if we could get in a little early and they accommodated us which was severely appreciated.

There was something really wrong with our main entry door and it wouldn't open and shut right at all, and I would have to always ask my husband every time I wanted to open or shut the door. We did tell the management about it not sure if they fixed it.

Loved the location,plants, flowers, view! The little birds that came to visit on the balcony. Location was perfect, not too busy like Lahaina and Kaanapali.

The host provided clear information and check-in was a breeze. The suite is very clean and offers plenty of beach supplies. The ocean view is good, and a small, nearly private beach is a short walk away.

The layout is weird and made cooking a little awkward. While the space is clean, it is generally tired. Finishes, lighting and decor all could use upgrading so that the interior comfort and convenience matches the lovely grounds and nearby ocean.

Perfect condo that had everything. Close to stores and restaurants and perfect to branch out to other areas as well.

The only washroom is in in bedroom.
