The apartment and all the complex was great

Dishwater was dirty (but this is mostly due to guests behavior rather than management)

good locality, very nice view and garden

you can see ravages of time signed off the furniture (old carpets, old kitchen, shabby doors on wardrobes, cracked sink…)

Great location and area around apartments. Nice balcony to relax in the evening.

the apartment is old, furniture, equipment very old-fashioned. When we arrived it was not clean.

The location was great; you can see a bit of the ocean from the porch and the beach is a short walk away. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept and there is a pool (albeit it's small). The actual condo had all the necessary appliances you would want - dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster & smoothie maker. There were plenty of towels and blankets for us to use, including beach towels. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living room, but not the bedroom, although there's a fan in the bedroom. Overall, the condo met our basic needs as a couple with a baby, although we of course had to bring a pack-n-play for our baby as there isn't one in the unit.

I wish the place had been cleaner. I'm kind of a clean freak, and while the place was cleaned to regular standards, there were definitely some dirty spots. The condo itself is also pretty dated in general and the kitchen especially is old. I also wish basic beach equipment was included (chairs and an umbrella would be nice). You can use what is there, but what we found was a broken umbrella, a worse-for-wear camping chair, a boogie board and some goggles. I don't understand why condos don't seem to include beach equipment because surely everyone vacationing on Maui is planning on going to the beach?

Everything was perfect for the bucks I spent so no complaints

There are some beach things available (beach chair, umbrella, snorkel, towels, body board). Also there is a washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. The apartment is spacious and has basic kitchen and bathroom utensils. Has a balcony with table and chair overlooking the sunset! It’s close to the south beaches!

The cough is very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The curtains had a lot of dust. No breakfast.
