The room was neat and clean even though it was outdated and needed some renovation The staff were approachable and willing to help you, especially the receptionist and cleaners 👍

No cold water is available in washrooms 😰 will definitely come back if this issue is sorted out.

Location

We book departure transfer with the Travel Dest girl. Paid a lot of money for departure transfer when we could have paid half of it with another options (only knew later) and the driver where not up to the standard. Reach the airport and just drop us and the lugage on the side pavement. He did not bother to help us with putting them on the rack even though we asked. He just left. And the Travel desk girl seems to be quoting just any price, I visited her desk earlier to ask for price and she advised. On the day of departure when I visited her desk for prepayment, she asked me what price did she quote me earlier, showing that they do not have a fix price, hence over pricing.

The location of the hotel is perfect; walking distance to Dubai Creek, Old Suk and Al Fahidi old district with lots of great eateries and bakeries all around. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with good spacious rooms. The cleaning staff is exceptional: quick, super efficient, discreet and very helpful. During my stay unfortunately I got sick with an infection; the hotel staff looked after me like I was a family member: Jotti (customer relations representative) came personally to my room to see me and make sure all my needs were covered, and the hotel manager gave us a late check out. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Too many air fresheners around with intense scents.

Everything - except getting there via cab from the airport got a little busy in the electric shop neighborhood. I got an amazing room (huge!) and slept well ! Then the gym was great & the buffet breaki awesome with stellar travel tips from a delightful Jyoti. A perfect launch into this most impressive city.

Egy-két éjszakára jó választás. A kirakott büfé reggeli nem európai embernek való, de kérésre hoznak bármi nekünk is ehető dolgot.

Nem a legjobb környéken van, de ennek megfelelő az ár is.

The hotel is in compliance with the description, a "good value for money". It's well-located, 5 minutes walk from a metro station (sharaf DG), full of restaurant around, market for shopping nearby, Museum,... But most of all, the hotel is very clean, the room I booked was spacious and all the staff is very helpful: Special thanks to "Jioty", a very kind lady always takes care of your well-being.

i don't like the location..for the room,you can hear guest talking, laughing, shouting from the next door.you need to call & complaint to the hotel. came with my wife, booked for double bed but they gave me 2 single bed instead the hotel is quite old and the furniture is almost run down
