الخدمات بالفندق مقابل السعر لا تستحق سعر عالي جدا ولايوجد اي مميزات تستحق المبلغ . لايوجد ادوات في دورة المياه مقارنه بالفنادق الأخرى فرشاة اسنان او استشوار … الخ . سياسة الفندق تمنع توصيل اي طلبات لازم تنزل تستلمها بنفسك من عند البوابه سواء مطاعم او سوبر ماركة او صيدلية … الخ . تعامل موظف الاستقبال بدون ذكر اسم كأنه متفضل بأنك تسكن في الفندق تعامله سي جدا يحتاج تطوير اكثر تعامل ومظهر . اول ما وصلت وقفت عشان اسوي دخول الحارس كل شوي واقف عندي عند الاستقبال يردد طلع السياره . صوت الغرف الاخرى معك داخل الغرفه اي احد يدق جواله او يسكر باب كأنه داخل راسك بعد صوت السيارات مع ان غرفتي كانت على الجهه الخلفيه وليس الطريق الرئيسي العزل سيء جدا جدا دورات المياه تحتاج صيانه خصوصا منطقة الشور الانارات تحتاج صيانه ومفاتيح الانارات متهالكه السرير غير مريح مزعج شوي

Unhealthy environment, very noisy, old facility, AC was no working properly and had a bad smell when working. I can't believe this is a 5 star hotel.

Unfriendly reception. Room service chicken tougher than shoe leather. Had to explain on the phone many times and was challenged as to how the meat should be done - Rare, Medium rare, etc. Told them it is chicken and not beef.

Location was great. nothing is really in walking distance in Riyad therefore the hotel was in a good driving distance from everything.
