Halverwege ons verblijf verplaatst worden naar ander gebouw, plaats moeten maken voor een groep is not done, de zogenaamde upgrade ter compensatie betrof een kamer aan de voorkant, erg warm en erg gehorig, mijn zoon met gezin verbleven ook 2 maal bij ons in andere kamers. Maar resumerend wens niet verplaatst te worden om plaats,te moeten maken voor een groep dus slaan wij dit hotel voortaan over, jammer want wij verblijven altijd 2 maal per jaar in Bandung.

The breakfast buffet was lovely.

My room Carpet was full of stains. The furnitures in the room was so run down. The furniture laminates peeled off and was covered by paint of the same color. The toilet grouting is yellow, dirty and mouldy. The curtains width was too short resulting in the sun rays entering the room during the day. Basically, the rooms are not maintained and cleaned well. The beddings are all old, yellow n dirty looking. Towels are also no longer white. Eventhough the room was cleaned, it still looks depressing as everything looks old n worn off.

Truly kids friendly hotel, all staffs are very friendly, and breakfast option varied.

I forgot a small pillow which normally used for my baby in room 538, but the receptionis said I need to wait so they will check it. We have waited more than half an hour but still no respond and they asked us to wait again. We have informed them that we are in a hurry, but they said we still need to wait. So we decide to leave the Hotel with a dissapointment feelings to this hotel.

Very crowded hotel with poor parking. Room was not smelling fresh.

its near to go anywhere (ie it is located in the city center). The room is quite spacious, Overall is fine.

We had problem with the lighting and door, ie the lights went on and off (blinking), and we can't close the door properly (issue with the automated door). As the unit quite old, some of the furnitures are quite old as well. Wifi is not stable.
