The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were good—with attentive and friendly staff as well.

There were no problems, so nothing to complain about.

Staff were not very helpful. They were not unhelpful they were just not going the little bit extra

The location is great in the neighborhood of Palermo. The staffs are friendly.

When we arrived at the hotel room, the room was stinky, it smelled chemical products. In the next day we woke up with our nose burning and the smell was worse, we had to contact the staffs. The staff turned the refrigerator off and the smell ran off but we received no explanation about what was the problem. The bathroom has mush and gets wet while using the shower. The breakfast is regular, the coffee and the milk was cold.
