staff,cleaning, rooms and the location . The other main reason of a staying here was the gym. They also renovated the hotel because it looks fancy now tthen the last time I visited. Room was also very conformable and so is the shower . We loved our stay. When if I visit again to lahore it will surely be this hotel . Thanks for making our stay conformable.

Breakfast can be slightly improved

De zwem en sport faciliteiten zijn erg goed. Veel stopcontacten (ook naast het bed). Voldoende hangers in kledingkast. Geen lawaai van verkeer.

In de hotel kamer was geen goed plek om grote koffer te plaatsen/openen. De verlichting kon niet vanuit mijn bed aan/uit gedaan worden (moest je je bed voor uit gaan)

It was clean and had range of facilities like gym, pool and spa. Room was spacious with almost all facilities in place. Breakfast had a variety of options.

There was no board with name of the property and it was quite dark, hence it was difficult to find out the entrance.

Breakfast was good. Bathroom was awesome, shower was powerful! Clothes ironing service was efficient Loved the gym I didn't have time to use all facilities but they did offer: massage (additional cost), ice Bath, jacuzzi, swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded by 4 high walls and has a security guard. Will definitely return.

The road to/from the hotel had a lot of pot holes in it, which wasn't great for my mum's back as she has spinal issues. We had to ask drivers to drive slow. Also the road is kind of ugly, there is no where within walking distance however this is not a huge issue as in this heat we wanted to go via an air conditioned car anyway.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times in the past and have always had a comfortable stay. this time I was reluctant after reading the negative reviews. I am glad I’ve stayed in this hotel despite the reviews, the room was super clean. comfortable bed and furniture. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and prompt. I had no complain from n my 3 days of stay, if anything, I my stay was great.

The room itself was very clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast menu and quality of food was also great!

Be warned that parking inside is limited and the street outside the hotel is full of potholes. The spa was booked fully the next day and they didn't inform me at the check in. I thought I'd be able to plan a complete spa day but that did not happen. Additionally, the pool was being cleaned the next day after a storm overnight. Unfortunately, the water was still murky after a few hours of cleaning and it was still only semi clean with brown areas. So was robbed of a pleasant dip also! So if you're travelling and selected this place for the spa experience or the pool, I would advise caution. Also, the bathrooms are clean but the showers do have mold here and there. Otherwise the rooms are really comfy and clean.
