Location and parking.

From the very first day until the last day , staff was very welcoming and helpful especially nightshift room service guy Muhammad Waris . Very good location right in the heart of Lahore City and all amenities are nearby. Rooms are very clean and spacious and if you need anything they bring it straightaway. This apartment felt like my 2nd home. Definitely recommend staying here if you visit Lahore

anyway! friendly staff. I got sick during my stay. The staff bought me medicine, they helped me find a cab in the mid night, the owner lent me a car because there were no cabs, and the staff arrived at the hospital and followed up on everything! I was really impressed with how kind everyone was. Thank you sooooo much!

This is an apartment, not a hotel, so there is no restaurant. Please note that. But if you ask at the reception, they will order delivery.

They really went all out to make my stay here as smooth as silk, from the reception staffs to the room service staffs as well especially Delawar who went all the way to cater for all my needs during my stay there. Special mention to the reception staff who speaks bahasa Malaysia too who made me feel at home!

A luxurious stay at a reasonable price in the heart of Lahore. Hotel with spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished apartments. The location is very quiet, in a side street away from city traffic. It is very easy to reach the major attractions of the city and essential services such as supermarkets in the Shadman area. Upon my arrival at the property, having plenty of accommodation available during Ramadan, I was offered an upgrade to a larger garden view apartment at no extra cost. Exceptional service provided by staff and security. Reception Manager Usman was always professional and helpful. You feel at home away from home. Absolutely recommended!

I stayed at Hayyat Luxury Apartment Hotel (6th - 14th of April 2023) and ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! First off, the location was perfect: right opposite the big Jinnah Park for our daily jogs, a walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Mall Road with all its opportunities, and generally right in the middle between “ancient” Lahore (walled city) and “new” Lahore (Gulberg, Defence). The building has two security guards posted outside who work round the clock - just like their reception. An elevator brings you to your floor. Our room was spacious, but since we were going to stay for a week, we wanted an extra room. I called the lobby and we were instantly upgraded - FREE OF CHARGE! Never before have I seen such great customer-oriented attitude and hospitality! We were given room no. 204: you enter into the dining room with balcony access, a door leads to the kitchen with all its amenities, another door to the spacious and beautiful bedroom (ensuite). The water pressure was great (with thick, long hair like mine, it’s always a big issue) and so was the bedding (spotlessly clean, two pillows per person and the right thickness of blanket). I truly enjoyed the serenity and calmness and slept deep. The room features a TV (netflix), safe, an iron + ironing board, and a laundry service - which was also FREE OF CHARGE! I’m not sure whether there was a hair dryer or not because I enjoyed air-drying my hair on the balcony. One of the reviews here said that the balcony was unusable due to pigeons - I haven’t found it to be the case. The hotel staff cleaned daily and I enjoyed watching the countless falcons circle in the sky. One actually stopped by on the reeling and I could take splendid close-up pictures of it! The reception is manned by 3-4 people. Mr. Usman was very courteous, and my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ikram, who answered my thousands of rather odd enquiries with the utmost professionalism and patience. I wish the hotel/team all the best! Eid Mubarak in advance.=)

Most of the stay, some noise-related issues so recommend to book the rooms on higher up floors or away from stairs within their own short corridors as they might be better cordoned off from building noise The host offered complimentary breakfast for us because of disturbance from other guests throughout the night

Location is very Central and off the main road (in side road) so no Traffic noise at all. Staff are very accommodating and rooms are clean . A good safety feel for a property and surrounding area. Clean bathroom and sheets Will stay again

Nothing but a word of caution for Property Owner: 2nd time when I checked in, smelled gas leak (2nd floor apartment ) in the apartment and after checking by hotel staff , it turned out to be one of the stoves wasn’t turned off completely by either cleaner or the previous customer From building safety perspective, Would be ideal to replace all gas with electric cookers as one mistake by any customer can cause an issue for rest.
