Room were not as shown on booking.com - Bad smell in rooms - 2nd floor , no lifts. Rooms were not connected as promised / shown on booking site. - No buffet breakfast as advertised on 1st day

The rooms were too much noisy, hence zero percent soundproofing. Breakfast Buffet. Was cold bread were two days old, and there was no staff to accommodate in the buffet hall

The service was good and the staff was accommodating. The location was very friendly and in a better area as opposite its the CUE Cinema and shopping centre near the main Gulberg area. It's very private and quite neat and clean. They even changed my room immediately when I wasn't comfortable in the previous one and gave me a bigger one. Great place for solo female travellers.

Breakfast was average and is typical desi. Had this issue that their rooms doest have a dressing table or bigger mirrors otherwise it was all fine for one night stay.

I could get a parking spot easily and it was safe too. I liked the Hotel's Breakfast.

The rooms were not that of size which is mentioned on Booking.com, I had a small room which has a congested small washroom. No Dryer, No Snacks, No Dressing Mirror in room. Dirty Blanket, had to ask service people to get this changed. There was only 1 chair in the room and that was dirty too. which I would not be happy to sit on. Although in Images on Booking.com there were 2 chairs available. What I understood, they had given me a wrong room because I was only 1 person to stay in. Although I had booked a room which looks more bigger in images and Washroom Images for the specific room I selected was big enough.

Staff was quite friendly and supportive. Food was great. Location was excellent. there was no problem with the parking as well.

Cleanliness need to be improved. Stayed 5 nights but bedding was not changed. Washroom needs some repair/upgradation.

1. Rooms were neat and clean, comfortable clean bed and pillows, and wooden tiles well cleaned and maintained. 2. Staff were courteous. 3. Lobby was great and news papers in Urdu and English both were supplied. 4. Good fresh food served upon request, breakfast buffet was also good and served in small dining room, it was all fresh hot and fresh. 5. Towels were provided. 6. Location is decent but need some signboards on main road for direction. 7. Economical prices.

Minor issues need improvement e.g. door handles missing at one cabinet not in much use, pest sprays needed as I saw a small insect inside the cabinet, bed side drawers were not free to open, toilet commode seat was loose and needed tightening up. There was a door open on ground floor besides stairs which staff uses, it should be kept closed
