Had everything you could want. Microwave, bar fridge, WIFI and pool. Excellent continental breakfast. I felt welcomed on arrival.

TV was at an awkward position. Bathrooms could do with an update.

I was realistic in my expectations due to the low price, so it was ok. I won’t usually stay in such a cheap place but had no choice.

The proprietors and their service!!!! My room was not serviced on 06/10/24 when I asked for some clean sheets on 07/10/24 the manager wanted an argument. She called me a “smart arse” then her husband asked me to apologise or get out! He stood in the room’s door way and wouldn’t leave. I called the police. They agreed it was unreasonable but couldn’t do anything about it. I took the police advice and vacated. I could go on. Incredible all I asked for was clean sheets! I was even happy to pay for them. Why are people like this in hospitality?

The ability to check in after 6pm great for long drivers.

Bathroom roof could use a small clean, but doesn't effect the stay there.

The customer next door had a dog that barked during the night. If you are going to cater for pets you should at least ensure that they are kept separate from other patrons. There were lots of other blocks of accommodation where this particular dog could have been catered for. The sheets were clean but the coverlet and carpet were not. Motel was very run down.

The room was clean and comfortable. The complex is secure with gates closed overnight. Wifi worked well

As we were leaving early the next morning we asked about the breakfast at reception but were told that it could not be provided as it was not to be taken to the room

The place was extremely unclean- old blood stains on blankets, stained carpets & lounges, smelt disgusting, broken shower head. The whole place is very unkept and DOES NOT look like the pictures. We skipped the breakfast and left early as we couldn’t wait to get out of there.
