Valoració notable. Pocs consumibles al bany (sabó dutxa i xampú), torradora no funcionava, algun soroll dels veïns per la nit van interrompre el son. Se li va dir a l'amfitriona i va agrair els comentaris.

Location is exceptional, close to restaurants and walking distance from major tourist sites. The WiFi was strong and a family of four with two devices each had no issues with latency connections. The beds are comfortable and the shower water pressure was strong. Laundry amenities was great, which had both a washer and a dryer.

It needs updating on the upkeep. Some parts are showing some wear, like baseboards that are attached by tape and one of the bathroom doors can’t be properly shut. There is no flexibility for early check-in nor late check-out and no luggage hold options. Fortunately, it is very close to a Luggage Hero location, but a little costly. The kitchen is sufficient for heating up food but has little to offer with the wares. Guests should be prepared to bring their own coffee/tea, sugar, cream, paper towels, etc. There is no kettle, as the host advised us that in their space, one uses cups to heat water in the microwave.

The host was the BEST. She went above and beyond for all my needs. The apartment is super cute and the location can't be beat. Loved looking out the window to the lively courtyard.

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. Son emplacement est très attractif. Si vous souhaitez profiter de Barcelone sur quelques jours, foncez !

Il manquait quelques détails pour garantir notre confort, mais rien de bien dramatique.

Arriving to wet bedding and towels drying in the apartment there throughout our 4 night stay. No kettle as advertised. Limited hot water as not enough for four showers and washing dishes. Very dusty floors.( balls of fluff). No hot tub as advertised. Apartment needs refurbishing. Photos on booking.com must be very old and not up to date.

Property had some wear and tear, excessive marks and scratches around apartment. Lack of oven was not great
