This hotel is very good ..but the reception staff ia not much friendly .nice place to stay .

The location is amazing! You can get almost everything at a walking distance. From pudu central you can get a bus to airport, Jalan Alor and Berjaya Times Square is in short walking distance.

The hot water in shower wasn’t working and no bellboy. You need to do everything by yourself.

A few of the staff were nice, including the staff who helped us book a Grab.

On arrival, there was a problem with our booking, the latest changes weren't received. Room wasn't clean, toilet and basin was uncleaned and had stains, towels stank, floor was dusty. Toilet flush wasn't working, but I figured out how to fix it. Toilet rolls weren't replaced, I had to go down to reception to get some. Also, the hotel gave someone our room while we were already in our room, so waking up to a stranger opening the door wasn't a good way to start the morning...
