For the price, everything was amazing! The rooms upstairs had great view of the mountains and the town. The terrace was spacious. Jeremy and the rest of the staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. It was close to downtown. With everything being so pricey in Monteverde and in Costa Rica in general, I'd definitely recommend this place not only for the price, but also for the hospitality.

There is no WiFi upstairs. No one told us about it when we booked a night there later. Luckily I had some data left and had to share it with my wife through hotspot. The pancake breakfast was too light. It was only 3 regular pancakes per peson and a plate of fruits. However, they served a different breakfast next day with toast and scrambled eggs which was nice.

Great family run B&B. Jeremy the host is lovely and has a lot of information available for you about Monteverde and Santa Elena areas. Very central in Santa Elena with parking and easy access to all the main zip lines or cloud forest. Rooms basic, but for the price are food value and especially with the breakfast included in the price.

Very friendly stuff, Jeremy gave advice on activities and made some reservations for us. The room was small, but clean (without fan, but not required for the temperature at night). Excellent price-performance-ratio including breakfast, thus I totally recommend to stay here.

Wonderful hosts, and the breakfast is beautiful. We’ve cooked our own dinners a few nights we’ve been here and there is everything you need. Close to everything, and you’re able to book busses to both cloud forest reserves through the host.

We’ve loved every minute, so nothing negative to say.

The lady who made the breakfast was also super welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms and a patio with beautiful views. Would really recommend!

Lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. They even made us sandwiches to take on our onwards jounrney early in the morning. The resident cat and dogs are friendly as well. The room was cozy. Good view from the terrace over the valley to the other side of the town and the mountains. Tasty breakfast.

Good sized room with an outside terrace and wonderful view. Super friendly staff and great breakfast. Shared use of the kitchen once breakfast is finished (cooker, kettle, coffee maker, fridge)

Everything was great - from the arrival, staff, help with finding the right tours etc. excellent. WiFi was really good.

loved our host Jeremy and his mom who own and run the hotel. super nice, attentive and helpful/knowledgeable about the area.

It would be nice if there was a spot to take our clothes out of our bags-hangers or some shelves and maybe some decor in the rooms, but these are little things.

We had a lovely stay at this hostel! The rooms are nice and very clean. We got a very good breakfast that was made with lots of love from Jeremy and his mother. Even this morning when we were in a hurry they arranged the breakfast so quick for us that we didn't have to leave hungry. Jeremy helped us a lot with booking tours or finding the right public bus to our next spot. They were so friendly and nice with everything. You can just feel that it is a small family business, which we loved so much. Thanks a lot for the nice time. Best wishes from Luke and lea 😊

Very friendly staff doing a good breakfast. Nice view of Santa Elena. Helped booking guided walking tour. Kitchen with fridge. Cooked our own meal. There was a hefty rain storm the afternoon we arrived, some water entered the room's floor - but we were immediatly given another room. Spotted a few interesting birds passing by Nuestra Kasa.

Cold and damp (unusual apparently), hard to dry wet clothes. Missing drying facility given the local climate and how guests and their gear become wet in the rain.
