Holiday Inn Mutare has improved significantly since my last stay in 2019. The staff are very friendly and willing to go an extra mile to serve their clients. The bathrooms are super clean and they have added luxurious toiletries. Glad to see that the restaurant was refurbished, giving it a good look; and now they have a variety of food. Was impressed

We had paid for this stay 2 months ago. They said we had to pay again.So it was a loss.We paid through booking.com. When we did that transaction money was actually deducted from our credit card.So we were shocked to find that it wasn't reflecting.

Keep it up .Music was good by the band really enjoyed.

Prices for Dinner a bit high

The Service from most of the staff was excellent. A young cheerful lady by the name Confidence was exceptionally great. She is a keeper. Enjoyed the traditional hotpot meals..

The staff and manager on duty at the time were very accommodating since there was an error on booking.com side with incorrect details about the rooms.

The prices for breakfast and dinner are quite high even for a German traveling we paid 25 USD for breakfast!
