Staff could not operate dstv

The place is nice, quiet as I prefer but I never got to experience that because when we arrived we were told it was fully booked despite having confirmation that we had a booking🙆‍♀️

The Staff on site seemed unable to deal with the situation until we asked for the number of the owner and dealt with it ourselves

The reception was great from the staff very hospitality

The environment was conducive and comfortable only that bathroom had no warm water

Clean and neat

No water or coffee in the rooms

Workers were kind but l advice the use of English because some people don't understand Zimbabwean languages.

The location seemed to be in a safe area but quite a distance out of town. The guest house was gated and had garden settings, in a very spacious area although they were rusty, broken and uncomfortable.

The photos on booking.com made it look much more comfortable and appealing than it really was. It wasn't good value compared with another site closer to town and airport where we stayed after cancelling an extra night at Royal Guest House. We seldom had hot water, so we always had cold showers of an evening. When there was hot water in the morning it was scalding and almost impossible to regulate. The staff were friendly but weren't prepared to go out of their way. Some simple requests were met with reluctance or a flat out no.

i did not have breakfast, the location is quite good plus its a very quiet. the food is good, a bit natural, without too many spices.

umm when i arrived the lady at the reception wasn't aware of my booking but I made the reservation 2weeks before. the wifi password is not readily available in the rooms. Idling cars in the parking lot during the night, not sure if they were guests or the staff.

It's a Good place to stay

Try to clean rooms to avoid dust and windows if open during the day must have nets to avoid reptiles like lizards getting in. I had big lizard for the whole night.At least provide clothes hangers if no inside wardrobes and warm water is a must.

Noise from the staff

The place is situated in a very quiet hood.ideal for times you would want to switch off evrythn n recharge.it was clean n had extra blankets as wel. It was really a gd stay.l

The water stopped running after one person had bathed both cold n hot which was such an inconvenience but in the morning it went back to normal

There were ants in the room and it was very bad The TV wasn't working
