Bathroom very very dirty . No got water no coffee . Noise because of the cafe down. . No TV channel to watch upset couldn't watch football on TV.

Everything is terrible except the Malay and Indon staff. They were friendly.

The Indian staff wasn't helpful. The towels provided were in worse condition. It's all torn apart. I acknowledge that your hotel rate is cheap but that's not the reason for you not taking care of your hospitality. Otherwise, once I got into the bathroom, there was a mark of urine on the toilet bowl. In addition, your Indian staff was busy playing games on his phone. There was a renovation in the morning. It disturbs our morning time. I could hear it banging on my eardrums. The bed was poor. I think it was from 1970. Also the wifi system is poor. I stayed for 7 days but still the towel needed to ask to change.

Room 106 bathroom a little off.. The wall kinda ruin the view inside bathroom.. Paint a little off.. And a roach in early morning seen on the floor.

THE HOTEL WAS IN A PLACE WHERE IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME, ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING I NOTICED IN YOUR VOUCHER, TV , AND SAT LITE TV IS AVAILABLE, BUT 6 NIGHTS I DID NOT HAVE ENTERTAINMENT AT THE HOTEL COS THEY DID NOT HAVE SATLITE TV , THE TV PROGRAMMERS WERE LOCAL AND WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE, MY OPINION IS BETTER BOOKING .COM SHOULD NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS HOTEL, NOW WHEN EVER I MAKE A BOOKING WITH BOOKING .COM I HAVE TO THING TWO TIMES IS ALL FACILITIES MENTION ON YOUR PLATFORM IS CORRECT OR LIES.

BATHROOM DOORS CANNOT BE CLOSED, SINK TAP WATER DOES NOT POUR OUT PROPERLY SINCE TAP IS LEAKING FROM THE SIDE. NO SAT LITE TV. MINI FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. NOT WORTH FOR THE PRICE IM PAID.

Nothing I like.

It was a horrible stay with least cooperative staff. Towels were dirty with yellow stained and the staff are not willing to change as no spare sheets available. Bed sheets is faded with dirty look and unable to change. Unable to sleep as indian music can be heard past midnight and musty damp smell. Worst experience. Credit card system is down and have to pay cash or direct transfer from account.

The glass window was partly broken with a gap of about 20cm X 10cm. This affect the air conditioner. Outside noises could be heard and heavy rain may enter the room ( Number : 407 ). Photo attached. The receptionist was informed of this during check out.

The receptionist called the police on the mother, she was late to check-out about 1.5 hrs due to a sleepless midnight flight. We booked a room for 3 nights and on midnight check-in we were given another room. My mom suggested she will leave her bags and my sister in the lobby to change her dollars, she came midnight and for some reason money wasn't accepting USD, she paid whatever Malaysia ringgit she had, till I transfer the money to the hotel account. The receptionist lady is a Chinese or Thai I don't know. Even during check-out on the 3rd day, she refused to even hear my mom, my mom needed some help to load her bags in the taxi.

We didnt like the place.. made bookings but was not in their record.. and the room was smelly not clean.. bathroom also was not clean.. terrible services.. we didnt even stay for 30 mins and left the place immediately..
