The private room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

The music went on until late

They have a dedicated person for coordinating the hostel activities and "breaking the ice" between newcomers. Katy connected a lot of people and we had a great time doing activities like salsa dancing or chocolate tasting. The beds are super comfy and you have your own space for privacy, also on the dorms.

The street close by is very busy and the neighborhood is apparently not the best. Both points are acceptable, though. The location (historic city center) is more important in my opinion.

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Happy to help with anything. Beds were really spacious and comfortable. The blinds gave privacy when needed. Bathrooms were clean. Good vibes

Nothing, it was perfect

Beautiful, nice, clean place, at a great location in Quito. Very nice staff that helped me with my travel plans. Good breakfast too! Some nights a bit quit, but Saturday night we had a lot of fun. Also had a very good cooking class, by the fun and great cook Fernando!

Sometimes a bit quit in the common area, but still met nice people.

The environment is really cool

I am absolutely disapointed with this place, and I travel a lot. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms, and the music was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The worst part was the food. We payed 5$ for the dinner menu, soup and the main course. When we arrived, at 8:00 pm, the soup had ended and you didn't even give us water after asking 2 times. And now to finish in a smooth way, the breakfast was the most discusting thing I was ever served. The pancakes were probably 4 days old, because they were so stale that we coudn't even bite into them. The lady gave us granola with nothing on it. The pancakes were so bad that we asked the lady for some toasts with bread and we got a slice of toasted bread without butter that when delivered she dropped on the floor and proceeded to go back inside and bring the exact same piece of toast again, as it was already cold and broken when it fell.

Great location to get to places in old town during the day. At night, old town is a little different and not great for wandering around. However the property itself is a charming old building with great spaces to hang out. The cats in the yard are entertaining.

The windows are very thin, and music plays until 10 or 11 each night. We had to get up at 5 or 6 several mornings, so the music didn’t help with going to sleep.

The staff was amazing! After being robbed (in Parque Itchimbia, thankfully not close to the hostel), they helped me so much getting things together. The manager, Jonathan, especially was of great help.

The food in the restaurant really wasn’t great. Recommend eating somewhere else.

Nice facility, huge room, comfortable bed, great private bathroom in a cool old building. It had a lovely courtyard. The staff were very helpful with information and arranging taxis.

Restaurant leaves much to be desired. The menu was limited and unimaginative, the food was heated up frozen food. The shrimp I had was served cold and raw. The wine selection very limited.

The garden and common areas are amazing, lots of space, cute cats and games to play. Also great size rooms and a great location

Our shower broke, but it was really quickly fixed.

The staff was amazing. Specially Andy at the bar and resection. The location was also great as it was close to the major attractions in the city center. Although the area is not the safest one at night.

The only part I did not like about the hostel was the lack of activities offered during the weekend. There is nothing going on at the hostel on the weekends. Basides that, excellent place to stay when you are in Quito.

Great hostel! Comfortable accommodation, clean bathrooms, good location, nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast, delicious welcome drink and everyday activities organized by hostel. I would definitely stay there again when I’m in Quito next time.

Breakfast was very slow, it took over 30 minutes after we ordered and one of the waiters was quite grumpy
