Nothing much.

Bad location, Towels and toiletries provided after asking couple times, non functional TV, poor cleanliness.

The room was clean. That's it

Wifi connection and room service. When I asked, the internet wasn't not working, and they replied that the Internet would not be fixed. Other thing, I called the guy to check TV screen he said he would come but he didn't

Inside the hotel the lobby and room was ok but it can be seen it's well over it's best times everything is worn. They provided clean bed and WiFi the towels had to be asked for 2 times.

The outside area is basically a market with tire shops with all the noise, trash and lot of people everywhere. I defo wouldn't take my family there as we were friends for just 2 days we managed it.

Nothing it so bad.

Absolutely nothing …!

It’s located in an extremely crowded nasty dirty area. I was a solo female traveler and felt absolutely unsafe and I’m not sensitive when it comes to stuff like this. The amenities in the hotel were absolutely horrible, old everything and nasty bathroom… no standards of customer protection should allow this establishment to stay opened without renovations. As the world is opening up I need to warn female travelers to steer clear of that area - actually also anyone who is not dark haired or fully veiled (try to look for places in Al Olaya or further north- more expensive but safe. Or anywhere really, just not Al Batha). Again, I am not a damsel in distress, I have seen plenty in my life. Personnel doesn’t really speak english but they try to be friendly.

Everything was really bad and even room cleaning was the worst No towels and soup !!! Smells bad !!!! Never ever seen someone like that bad !!!!

Clean beds and bedding. Friendly staff.

The hotel is rather old and worn. Very limited number of parking spots on a first come first served and very tight if you have a large vehicle. The location is 15-20 minutes walk to the King Abdul Aziz National Park. National Museum, and Muraba Palace.

Everything is good just bring your extra socket for more plugs thats all.

There is nothing Good don't come give some more money to stay especially with Families. Please dont bring your children to suffer here. Its adjustable for 1 night to sleepover thats it would not recommend even my enemy to come here.

Room is dusty and dirty Wardrobe is very old can break anytime Beds are so weak and old they squeak everytime you move on this bed No Warm Water, Dirty carpets, Kitchen under renovation plus gives me a fridge which is turned off and open.
