Overall good quality and proximity to Royal Albert Dock was excellent.

Bar staff on the Thursday night were a bit passive and, on an evening when there were very few people in the bar, they weren’t interested in bringing drinks to our table.

The room had a lovely view of the water. The bed was so comfortable didn’t want to get up. Perfect location to get the museums, shopping. Lots of eating places on the docks. Just a short walk.

Would have liked more fruit selection at the breakfast. Pineapple, oranges, grapes, prunes,

We have stayed at the Pullman every year for the past 4 years now. Location is perfect, beds are super comfortable and the staff are accommodating

This time the WiFi was absolutely terrible, could not get internet at all . Also we were having an afternoon sleep , but we were woken by someone drilling in the room next door to us which no one made us aware of this

This is our second stay at the Pullman. Location is very good, right on the water front with lovely views of the river and cityscape. 10 min walk to Liverpool one along the river with plenty of nice restaurants on the route if you need to stop or take a drink. Room is great, as is the panoramic view across the city and ricer from the huge windows. The showers in the room are absolutely amazing and even the little amenities such as tea bags come with an essence of luxury. Hotel staff extremely friendly and very accommodating to any requests. Jack in particular was a pleasure to chat to and made us feel very welcome. Can't wait for our next stay here.

Amazing location, 5 minute walk to to docks & 10 minutes walk into the city centre if that! The hotel itself was lovely, friendly staff and nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Liverpool.

Ein fantastisches Hotel mit einer unschlagbaren Lage direkt an den Docks! Mein Zimmer bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders beeindruckend machte. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war perfekt, und das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Die Lobby ist geräumig und schön gestaltet, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hat mich jedoch nicht komplett umgehauen. Dennoch kann ich dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage, Ausstattung und des großartigen Service nur wärmstens empfehlen!
