Great location on the Disneyland train loop. Very comfortable beds. Lovely ocean view. Great bathroom and very spacious rooms

Air conditioning wasn’t very efficient. When we opened the window it was a noisy loud noise. No options for Netflix or streaming services on TV. No Disney movies 🙁

Hotel staff was very professional and helpful

The hotel's glory days are long gone. You can tell this use to be a nice 5 stat hotel, but now it shows extreme signs of wear and tear. The.hallways have an odor and the bathroom had appeared to be black mold. The location of the hotel, shuttle service, and staff are perfect, but the rooms and hallways need to be renovated ASAP. The beds were also very firm and not very comfortable.

当日空きがあったので、部屋をグレードアップしていただき、家族4人ゆっくり休むことが出来ました。

服务人员很热心，帮我找回了丢失在公交车上的背包。房间很大，设施完善

お部屋が広く伸び伸びと過ごせました。 2家族での予約でしたが、事前にホテルにご連絡をするのを失念しておりました。チェックイン時に隣部屋にしていただきました。ありがとうございました。

飯店的對面就是車站很方便，飯店有提供到對面車站的接送，讓你可以不用提著行李走，飯店也有提供到舞兵站的免費接送服務，非常棒的貼心服務，飯店人員也都很客氣面上都掛著笑容是一間非常值得大推的飯店

唯一可惜的是飯店的小賣部，賣的東西實在有些少，而且蠻早就打洋了，如果迪士尼玩好回來要買東西的話，是沒有辦法的

部屋を無料でグレードアップしていただけたので広くゆったりとしたお部屋で過ごすことができた。 ベビーベッドや子供用の足台など、必要なものが一通りお部屋に準備されていた。

浴槽とシャワー室が離れているため、バスルームの床がびしょ濡れになり、間にあるトイレの床が水浸しになってしまった。
