The place looked okay, but the pictures are a bit misleading.

We arrived at the place and were shown to our hotel room. There, we were met with a room that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom didn't look good at all, so we asked them to clean the room while we went out. The hotel room also came with uninvited guests: there were quite a few small bugs, especially ants. Additionally, the pool was dirty, and the receptionist didn't speak English, making communication difficult and requiring us to use Google Translate. When we returned, they had made an effort to clean, but it wasn't good enough. Therefore, we chose to check out of Banana Garden and change our accommodations. Overall, it was a generally poor experience, unfortunately.

They need a better laundry contractor, clothes were not washed very well at all, could have done a better job with them in the shower myself

Love everything about this place, good location, beautiful spacious clean rooms, pool perfect for both kids and adults, delicious breakfasts. My family had a really relaxing time here, everything is so wonderful, like being immersed in nature. The staffs are really well-trained, they support us a lots, hope to see all of you guys next time! :)

We liked the location, the free bikes were great the staff were nice, the breakfast was decent apart from my partner who is coeliac had no real options other than fruit. The rooms were cleaned daily and new bottled waters were left in the room for us.

We booked a superior room and when we got to our room it wasn't like the pictures on the booking.com website it was infact alot smaller and when we told the staff they said the pictures were of the deluxe room which they said they have tried to change the pictures for the superior room which didn't make sense. The reason we booked the room was from the pictures that we had thought we were getting so others beware when booking. The shower in our room was the worst one we have came across the temperature wouldn't regulate and it was from extreme cold to boiling water no in-between. There were roosters across the way from the hotel that every morning around 6:30am would continuously make noise for quiet some time so I'd advise if you are a light sleeper wear ear plugs. No cushions on the metal chairs on the balcony.

Locatie was prima, 10min lopen naar oude centrum, prima voor ons, want daardoor rustige locatie! Tip: het hotel uit, rechts het straatje uit en dan gelijk de “grote” weg oversteken (naast een massage salon geloof ik) Dan loop je helemaal langs het water naar het oude centrum! Ontbijt was perfect en de kamers groot en schoon! Evenals de badkamer! Al het personeel is even vriendelijk en helpen je met alles, echt fijn! Onze kamer was in het gedeelte zonder lift, dus dat is wel ff goed om te checken als je slecht ter been bent, maar voor ons was het geen probleem!

Clean, free bicycles, great breakfast. They helped us get to marble mountains and danang. Early check in!

The shower didn't have any hot water at night.

The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and made to order eggs and pancakes plenty of fresh fruit. Pool small but very nice. Nice and clean with fresh towels and water daily. Location is excellent just a short walk from old town along the river. Staff were kind and helpful to book anything you require. Free bikes which we used to go to the beach about 30 mins away.

It's not really a criticism as can't help the size but our room was quite small with tiny bathroom, my husband kept banging his head on the towel rail when exiting shower.
