Great location for the city centre lovely boat

Breakfast as I was expecting pastries and fruit etc as it was supposed to be continental ,you could get cold meat,cheese ,bread and eggs not things I eat .

Very interesting format - never stayed on a boat before! The hostess is very helpful and friendly, the common hall on upper deck is comfy with hot tea and coffee available at all times. Room was small but smartly made to fit bag and coat, etc. Decent breakfast. And best location: a very cosy spot near NEMO museum, just 10 mins walk from the very city center, which means that you don't have to worry about night parties to disturb your sleep.

Be aware of icy pier just at the entrance to the hotel - it was frosty at night and in the morning going out was a bit tricky

The location was great....we walked everywhere from the Botel, after having a great continental breakfast! We loved sitting in the stateroom, having a few cocktails b4 bed time or before breakfast and after! The Host was just great! Eager to help in whatever way she could! We loved the whole experience of staying on a Botel!

Location good, breakfast good staff very good, general comfort food.

Disappointed no bar. Very little insulation so very noisy from other guests and staff. For that reason would not stay again.

Excellent “hotel”. From the check-in/reception we received to the rooms, breakfast and free helpings to tea/coffee 24/7. The location is great, 15 mins walk from central train station, 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants. The host/owners were very welcoming and helpful. There’s a cosy seating area for the evening to relax and chat with a cuppa. Free fruits you help yourself to. The whole boat was very clean and modern. Bed were very comfortable. Shower was brilliant. Exceeded my families expectations. So glad we found this boat. We’ve been to loads of different holidays (cruise, glamping, camping, caravans, hotels) and I can say this hotel/boat is really worth the experience. I have already shared this stay with my friends and colleagues.

Location was good, able to walk to most places. Upper deck was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast served. Beds very comfortable and everything very clean.

Room a little small, but what we expected being on a boat

As said in the title, the place was great! Sleeping in a boat in Amsterdam is an unforgettable experience, and I can’t imagine a better way to do it than with Eline & Willy. This super friendly and caring couple manage this botel with excellence. They offer some great info and tips about the city, invite to coffee at any time, prepare some delicious breakfast and have a super nice and clean place to stay and sleep. I just regret not staying more nights there!

Very unusual experience, but it was quite good. Willy's scrambled eggs are outstanding:-) 24/7 you can get for free coffee, tea and mint-lemon water at lobby Well positioned (10 min walk or 5 mins by bus) from Amsterdam Centraal, near Sea Museum and NEMO museum, there are some restaurants and SPAR supermarket on walking distance

You should not expect to have a big WC and room if you're at boat, so consider this when you book this place
