לא היה משהו שאהבנו. המיטות נוחות וזהו.
ניקיון תת רמה, מצעים לא מוחלפים בכלל, מגבות לא נעימות וריח של טחב וגם לא מחליפים כל יום, סירחון לא מנקים את המקלחות והשירותים יום יום.
מסדרים את השמיכה וזהו
ביום השני התחלתי לשמוע רעשים בלילה ולא הבנתי מה זה. ככה סבלתי עד היום האחרון וביום האחרון יצא מחור שהיה בתקרה לרצפה עכבר!!! לא הגיוני ואני בחרדות עד עכשיו. שירות זוועה!!!! אמרתי להם בקבלה שיש עכשיו והם צחקו עליי בטענה שאין מה לעשות ושזה מה שיש. לא ישנתי כמו שצריך לא אחזור!!! לא שווה את המחיר הזול אין שום תמורה לכלום !!!!

Hôtel très bien situé, trams et métro nombreux pour se déplacer facilement vers les centres d'intérêt. Quartier sympa, notamment autour du Sarfaty park.
Hôtel agréable, très bon petit déjeuner !
Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes, notamment avec le passage du tram. Elles sont également très exigues.

La vicinanza alle strutture di trasporto come il tram e metro con le quali ci si collegava al centro città.
Insoddisfatto per la camera, a mio avviso non dovrebbe essere messa a disposizione della clientela. Locale angusto con spazzi ristretti al punto di poter passare a pena tra il letto e il mobilio posto frontalmente, questa stanza andrebbe bene per un solo letto non per il matrimoniale, inoltre lavabo piccolissimo al tal punto di poter lavare appena le mani.
Per il prezzo pagato mi sembra davvero poco riguardo il confort e comodità.
La colazione è stata soddisfacente anche se potrebbe essere notevolmente migliorata

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Frühstücksbereich sowie Eingangsbereich waren sehr schön. Diese wurden wohl erst renoviert.
Die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern leider schöner aus als in Wirklichkeit. Es richt in den Zimmer etwas streng und wir hatten starke Kalt-Warm-Wasser Schwankungen während dem duschen. Die Zimmer benötigen ebenfalls dringend eine Renovierung.

Very close to public transport. Staff very helpful - offered us a choice of rooms as elevator wasn’t working. Room and attention to detail were perfect. Bed very comfortable and view out of balcony was gorgeous. Lots to do nearby.
Problem with cold water not working in sink and shower. Notified the staff and they fixed the sink however shower was still boiling so we were unable to shower.

The reason we stayed at the hotel was a business trip. We made a reservation for a room with twin beds. But the room they gave us was a double bed divided into two. The only indication that the bed was divided into two was that there were two separate duvets.

Nice hotel with very kind assistance. Position is very good, close to downtown and well served by public transportation (tram stop is in front of the hotel). Good international breakfast.
Hotel property should take more care of room maintenance.

Good location just outside the main central area, however neighbourhood is really good with multiple restaurants available and plenty of supermarkets. Very easy to catch the trams into the centre or anywhere else.

Our room was next to our daughters room but my brothers room was on the ground floor and had no balcony and the smoking area was right outside there window. It was very noisy for them and people smoking cannabis so the room smelt awful. The hotel was very noisy and above our room they were having a party till the early hours, loud music so we didn’t get much sleep. Our room we had ants all over the desk
The rooms weren’t great for the money we paid. I told reception about the ants and they said they would inform the house keeper. My brothers room they said they could move them on the Saturday night but never came back to us about this.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee available all day and night. Spotlessly clean breakfast area and lovely staff. Comfortable bed. Ok-it’s an older hotel but everything was done to make it comfy and relaxing. V quiet.
Close to tram to all attractions and a manageable walk.

The location was great, and the stuff were very nice

It was close to everything and there was a lift. Three of the team were exceptional in how they interacted with us, Sander, Jackie and the wonderful Claudia, they were very helpful always ready with a smile. we couldn’t say the same about the rest of the team.
it is what it it is in Amsterdam but the room was very tiny, we booked single beds but got a double which they couldn’t/wouldn’t change. we were two friends travelling not partners. the fix two single doona’s.

Basic room with ensuite shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. On 4th floor so delighted to have a lift. A nice part of Amsterdam, easily reached on no. 4 tram from Central Station. Some good restaurants nearby - can recommend Casa Nostra (Puglia specialities) and Annavilaas (vegetarian South Indian). Breakfasts nearby at Coffeedate or Coffeecompany. Attractive Sapharti park for an evening stroll after dinner.
Twin beds rather narrow! They started to do breakfast while we were there, but it seemed expensive.

Clean room and bathroom, hairdryer provided, Balcony was nice and spacious, comfy pillows, they held luggage as we checked in early, hotelordered taxi for departure. Hotel was quiet. Tea making facilities. Nice area. 10 mins walk into de pjip. 2 minutes to tram stop.
Double bed was 2 singles so kept falling down the middle. Cardboard cups were rubbish. No storage or wardrobe. Not enough sockets. Had a little mouse that kept popping in and gnawing our biscuits.
