The size and price for 4 people was perfect.

Hot tub wasnt cleaned properly. There were some bits in water from trees maybe not sure. Grill gas finished as soon as we started preparing it for bbq.

the two double bed room as mentioned in reservation was just a two single bulk beds - as you can see in photos very old house slightly renovated but with mold smell

Large house in a nice, quiet location, yet close to Akureyri. Hottub with a mountain view. Anna was a really friendly host with lots of tips and stories.

Its a lovely spacious property out in the countryside. Lovely having a hot tub to relax in after skiing.

Super comfy beds, and so warm. kitchen had everything we needed. incredible views.

Great place , felt very spacious, two toilets, lots of storage space for clothes. Beautiful views. Owner was lovely.

Didn't have a high chair for our baby but wasn't really an issue.

Anna was a very welcoming and helpful host with lots of information about the area. Rooms are off a comfortable size, we were only as party of two but it would have housed three more easily. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we enjoyed use of the hot tub until late. Easy to find from the instructions and good communication too.

This was the top location we stayed at during our trip! A lovely house that felt like a real Icelandic home in the wilderness. Our boys ran around, petted the rabbits, caught fresh trout, and loved the hot-tub. We were welcomed on the evening of our arrival by the super-friendly host, who gave us freshly picked blueberries and explained how to prepare them "Iceland-style" (with cream and sugar!). The place was very clean, and complete, and with three bedrooms and two bathrooms it gave us all the space we needed. Akureyri is only a 20 minute (scenic) drive away.
