La ubicación es muy céntrica y con locomoción accesible.
Lugar súper limpio.
Tienen la opción de un lindo restaurante que se conecta internamente con el hostal. Además te brindan un descuento en el consumo.
Las camas son cómodas y la ropa de cama súper abrigadora, se nota limpieza y calidad en la ropa de cama.
Fuimos en invierno y la habitación en el segundo piso tiene aire acondicionado!
La habitación es tipo Loft, su único detalle es que no tiene ventana con posibilidad de abrir.
Rico desayuno, además tienen la opción de solicitar una cajita de desayuno, en caso que no puedas llegar al horario en que se entrega el desayuno.
Linda zona de comedor para compartir y comer. Acceso a hervidor, microondas, refrigerador y loza.
Un lindo par de gatitos polulan amablemente por el hostal. Saludos a los michis...

Sólo que el chico que nos realizó el check out insistió que habíamos fumado en la habitación, siendo que yo nunca en mi vida he fumado y mi pareja tampoco fuma. Fue incómoda su insistencia en que habíamos fumado dentro de la habitación...

Todo desde el recinto hasta la atención de cada una de las personas que trabajan allí, las niñas un amor para atender y los chicos del bar excelente atención!!! Volvería sin dudarlo.

Excelente ubicación, aparte que tanto la terraza y el restaurante permitían disfrutar cómodamente sin tener que salir del hostel. La atención del personal también fue muy buena, todos agradables y atentos.
Solo mejoraría el tema del ruido. Desde la habitación sentíamos portazos y caminatas en escalera desde otras habitaciones.

Nada. Las otras veces que fui me pareció muy bueno. Pero ahora nada, porque llegue ahí, y me habían cancelado la reserva. Tuvimos que ir a buscar otro hotel

El lugar hermoso, calido, limpio, el desayuno riquisimo, muy comodo para descansar, las chicas de la recepcion muy atentas y amables. Algo para tener en cuenta es que los enchufes son diferentes a los de Argentina, tienen las patitas redondas, por ende se debe llevar adaptador.

Solo el desayuno cumplió con lo esperado y eso es lo mínimo.
Lugar sucio, habitaciones sin luz natural, sin tv, sin aire acondicionado, insectos como pulgas y zancudos, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, piso sucio, no hay aseo diario del baño, ni reposición papel higiénico.
Hay animales que se pasean por la cocina con sus colas entre la vajilla.

Un Parking gratuit est disponible sans réservation au rez-de-chaussée.Il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel et une pizzeria.Le personnel de l’accueil est charmant ainsi que celui du restaurant .
La salle de bain est minuscule et demanderait à être rénovée(le sol était mouillé à cause d’une fuite et l’arrivée d’eau dans la douche fuyait).La chambre est en deux parties comme un loft.Une chaise et un fauteuil sont le seul confort (un petit sofa aurait été le bienvenu).Si l’on veut profiter de tout ce qui est proposé au petit déjeuner,il faut y être de bonne heure…Le lit n’était pas très confortable….la propreté moyenne…

Everything was very nice, the bed are cosy, the room was very good, hot showers and bathroom and the staff was very welcoming and understandable.
It is a bit far from the more touristic part, so at night its harder to go to bars.

The breakfast was a little messy but it was good. The staff was really nice and the cats were the best. The room was a bit hot but it had air conditioner.
At night it was a bit noisy, I don't know if the noise came from the other buildings next to it or if it was people staying there as well.

didn’t have a typical hostel feel wasn’t filled with other travellers instead it was booked up with a teenage sports team which was extremely loud from most hours of the day

Friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking for my motorbike. Convenient location. Nice cats, great roof terrace.

Location is not super. But than again you can explore Valparaiso easily by foot so it was not that big of a deal for me.

Great friendly staff, two cats!! and a good brekkie. nice atmosphere and common areas with good wifi.
It was a bit noisy- they have a bar/restaurant so if you like to go to bed early like us it was challenging. Our bathroom also smelt, the drains everywhere were a bit smelly and the shower head couldn’t be moved so it was a straight shot for my head lol.

it wasn’t very clean, the floors were sticky as were the tables in the restaurant. our bin in the bathroom was not emptied and was full before we got there

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was quite good with the typical spread. The staff was very accommodating when it comes to having breakfast early. They packed a togo box. In addition, the hostel offers a great rooftop terrace.
The hostel is located quite close to the main bus terminal. Although it is convenient, it is in a rough neighborhood, so definitely exercise caution when walking around at night. The walls are quite thin so it can get quite noisy.

The breakfast in the morning was good.
I didn't like that the price for the hostel was way too steep for what they are offering.
Price: USD 200+, evening charged extra for an 8 year old kid.
What was bad:
- Dirty bathroom with many things broken: The shower rod was shaking in the wall.. not at all meant to prevent a person holding it from falling, the sink faucets were broken. The flush was broken; I had to open the toilet tank lid and flush out the water by manually lifting the flush valve.
What was good:
- Nothing except for the breakfast.
