Casa puente es un hotel super bien ubicado a pocos pasos de los centros turísticos de los cerros de valparaiso. La casa es muy linda y esta bien restaurada . Buenas camas el aseo deja un poco qur desear.
El lavamanos estaba tapado. Podrían hincarle más el diente al restoran esta en un lugar muy lindo y muy especial el desayuno podria ser buffet

Desayuno, pobre!!!. Sin variedad, debería ser bufet. Frutas picadas, sin variedad de pan, sin agua, sin jugos a la vista, además hay que esperar mucho para recibir desayuno en "bandeja"....

Es un hotel precioso muy bien localizado a escasos metros de gran parte de los puntos a visitar de la ciudad y de la mayor parte de los restaurantes.
El personal es súper amable y han puesto todos los medios para que nos sintieramos cómodos.
Como único punto de mejora, nosotros viajamos con un bebé y nos habría ayudado mucho disponer de trona (silla de bebé) en el desayuno. Es algo menor y los padres lo agradecemos mucho.

El hotel es muy lindo... La arquitectura es notable!
Falta atender mejor los detalles y el mantenimiento. Por ejemplo, en el baño el colgador de toalla no estaba... Había solo un hoyo en donde alguna vez estuvo. No hay vasos en los baños. No es muy apropiado que a la hora del desayuno pongan música de raeggeton, ya que no va con el estilo ni con la hora. En el desayuno nos pusieron unas tapas que no estaban buenas... Es más, estaban añejas. En la mesa del lado palta, en la nuestra un jamón que estaba rancio. Son ese tipo de detalles los que marcan las diferencias. Suelo visitar hoteles en el sector, y mi comentario es basado en una comparación con otros hoteles. Hace dos semanas estuve en el Somerscales. La diferencia se nota. Algo tienen que hacer para aprovechar mejor esa linda infraestructura que tienen ustedes.

Para mi que soy artista y fui con mis hijas que son artistas fue muy bello que estuviese lleno de obras de arte.
No había aire acondicionado, no había calefacción. El TV era muy pequeño, no funcionaba bien, la habitación muy pequeña, las camas pequeñas. El standar de calidad en comparación al mismo precio para un hotel en Europa muy por debajo. Debe mejorar para estar a la altura de lo que los turistas europeos acostumbran.

El hotel es de gran belleza y tiene un encanto especial. El jefe del hotel y las otras personas que trabajan alli son encantadores y nos ayudaron de una manera increíble en un problema que tuvimos.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location in Valparaiso, with secure parking and access. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and our room was comfortable. We loved the artwork around the hotel too.
The room was pretty tired, and the shower leaked over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was good, but wasn’t really ready for when they started serving from 9am.

Superb location in the best part of town for street art and restaurants. We were able to park off-street in a locked car park and received complementary wine on check-in! Great staff, with good English. We had a tasty vegetarian breakfast too.
A little bit of minor maintenance required in a few places, but the artwork, size of the rooms and hospitality more than made up for it.

Beautifully restored, tastefully decorated boutique hotel with ample interior and exterior spaces to relax. Walls adorned with eclectic artwork. Impeccably furnished garden terrace. Breakfast was excellent - best we had in Chile. Plentiful fresh fruit, savoury pastries, scrambled eggs, just squeezed juice and great coffee.
Filtered water was provided in the room and available on demand.
Great location. Would definitely stay there again.
Design of the shower room didn’t make best use of the small space available. Basin was a piece of beautiful sculpture but was not the most practical. No proper place for the waste bin. Fixed shower head only is never ideal.
Whilst it is understandable that the pool was drained for the season, we booked in part because it had that facility so it was slightly disappointing not to have the use of it (or know in advance)

Located n a beautiful neighborhood, all the rooms were decorated beautifully, the staff went over and above helping us to navigate the city to see the best sights. They helped us find the parking lot and carried our bags, served a delicious breakfast. We really loved this hotel and highly recommend it.

THIS WAS A PERFECT BLEND INTO THE LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE SPINAL STENOSIS SO THE MULTILEVEL STEPS ASSOCIATED WITH ITS LOCATION IS A DRAWBACK.

LOCATION REQUIRED TOO MANY STEPS IN AND OUT AND AMONG FLOORS TO HAVE BREAKFAST AND REACH YOUR ROOM. THIS MIGHT NOT BE AN ISSUE FOR YOUNGER GUESTS

The room was unique and the food was good. The history of the building was intriguing.
It would be good to let guest know about all the steps getting in and around the facility.
We wrote in advance that we would be needing Covid testing prior to leaving on a cruise. There was some confusion
about how that was supposed to happen and nobody seemed to remember who was to set it up.

Great hotel at the top of the hills with an amazing view. Hotel had 14 individually designed rooms each with private bathroom. Perfectly located for walking around the area and to bars and restaurants. A cute breakfast included and free parking a bonus. The reception was great and really helpful
