Location, general decor.

Staff wasn’t welcoming. Never answered my questions about airport shuttle on Booking, IG DM or WhatsApp. There were 2 separate sections of the hotel that wasn’t made clear.

decor, friendly service

The hotel is well located, close to town, and a great Thai restaurant with excellent food is nearby. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful—especially the waiting staff in the hotel bar and restaurant. Breakfast is ok; although I don't eat breakfast, the coffee was fine.

There was a party until 11:30 on the first night of our stay, which was extremely noisy and annoying. This may not be a bad thing if you stay up late and/or like to go to the bar, but if you're staying for business and need to get your sleep and/or you have traveled a long way to be there, then this isn't necessarily a great experience. Of course, these types of events make money for the hotel, and it's a management business choice to host an event like this, but this would make the hotel less useful for business travelers. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room which is a minimum expectation nowadays; the hotel aims to make money by forcing you to purchase drinks from the bar, which isn't a good business strategy and affects the perception of the professionalism of the management. The lift is of a basic design, and the door keeps jamming open on the sixth floor, which stops the lift from working. The staff know this but haven't taken action on it (I discovered it on the first day). On the second occasion for us, at 5.20 am, I had to walk to the sixth floor to close it so we could use the lift to go downstairs to get our taxi. The internet isn't the quickest and drops off in the outdoor area away from the bar.

Everything was exceptional especially the staff, room size was great and breakfast was wonderful. Big thanks to everyone and see you again soon.

The receptionist Asma was very helpful and friendly. The room was extra comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and nice. Room service is quick. Chef Samir is happy to cook home made food that was super delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

the room is actually good and bed is also good, restaurent is good with Excellent vibes and decoration.

Room Carpet was smelly, they charged me for extra taxes not much just 2$/night and had to pay it in cash up front, when cheching my invoice the taxes were already paid through Booking, so that cash payment was a scam.
