Breakfast, the restaurant, and all staff were the best thing about this place. The manager did not quite match his other staff; he was not polite and was a bit arrogant.

Mosquito nets should be made available, and cleaner rooms were expected. I paid for an executive room that was not according to an executive standard, and got a smaller room but still, the manager wanted me to pay for the executive room, which I did.

The room was nice and spacious. I love the windows and glass doors.

If I had known that loud music was allowed till midnight, I would not have picked this hotel.

Their so called executive suit is just a normal room, slightly bigger than the others with a double bed, I expected a room with a separate seatin lounge...

Hot shower and it's easy to locate the hotel though it's too noisy as it is just by the roadside.

Was disappointed about breakfast, customers don't have a choice you just get what you are given. I was given bread with butter already spread and l don't eat butter. Also entertainment was poor with few channels and aljezera channel had no volume.

On arrival it was clear that the staff was not prepared for our arrival. The booking was not on their system. The staff was having lunch behind the reception counter and told us to wait until they finished lunch. One of the rooms could not lock and had to move to another room. The bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain, mat towel, only provided next day. The desk in the room was broken and wobbly. Price does not match the quality of the stay, Pamo Hotel has to improve their offering.

transport hotel arranged was unsafe (no doors working, seat belt broken, brakes knocking, driver door or window didn't open, i had to climb out to pay toll, passenger door opened from outside, had to open window first to open. had sewerage daily below basin in bathroom. bathroom had brown water seeping in daily also, WIFI was very poor, food expensive and sub standard, white towels are brown and stained,i wouldnt stay there again
