京都駅直結というセールスポイントの通り、雨の日には地下階から濡れることなく駅ビルへ、またJRや地下鉄乗り場への移動が可能でした。バスも始発となりますので、行きに関しては必ず座れます。ホテル全体にシックなデザイン、レセプションエリアも静かで落ち着けます。そちらに設置しているアメニティバーで選べるトイレタリーやスキンケアなどのアメニティも種類が豊富でした。お部屋は清潔で細かい所（設備やコンセントの数や位置）に配慮されています。

良くなかった訳ではないですが、ホテルの質の割に朝の食事がかなり普通だったかなと思います。 あと、ビルの一階駅前通りに面した部分に交番と運転免許所更新センターが入っていて、最初はホテルの入り口が少々分かりづらかったです。階段を下りた奥にレセプションがありますが、足の悪い方や大きなスーツケースを持っている場合は大変かと思います。脇にはスロープもあるので、その表示が分かりやすい場所にあればと思いました。

La habitación un poco pequeña pero nos adaptamos muy bien. Además, es como se estila en Japón. No hay críticas

La ubicación excelente. La habitación de dos camas un poquito más grande que las habituales en Japón. Y el cuarto de baño, lo que es la parte del lavabo muy pequeña. Pero la parte de la ducha y la bañera es estupenda. El desayuno normal

Really nicely appointed rooms, my parents had a larger twin room that was excellent for people in their 80’s. Washing machines were straight forward and did a good job.

The breakfast lacked western options.

The location near the station, the amenities, the laundry service was excellent and easy to use.

Room is small, so you have to manage yourself with the suitcase. But manageable

Room was clean, staff were friendly, and location of hotel was good. Hotel linked directly to the underground walkway to Kyoto Station.

整體來說沒什麼好挑剔的，位置離京都車站很近，櫃臺人員也非常貼心及專業服務。都很用心

入口處需往下走，常跑錯上2樓，2樓店家也好心告知正確位置

地點很棒！離京都站很近！交通方便！ 服務人員都很親切！

Grymt bra läge och typ 5 minuters promenad från Kyoto Station. Modernt, rent och snyggt, trevlig personal och framförallt bra stort rum. Daiwa Roynet Hotels som kedja har alltid levererat bra rum och bekvämlighet och jag har bott på flera av deras hotel runt om i Japan.

Very modern, comfortable room in great location for Kyoto station. Air conditioning was great. Coin laundry is fantastic. Staff are amazing.

Room was a little small, but that was expected. Extra charge for late checkout, even short time.

The location was very convenient! I didn't know about the tunnels underground to start with, but with them it was even easier to get to the station.

There were not enough laundry machines. One was broken so only 2 for all of the rooms. I had to go up and down a lot until it was free.

Location and facilities

The only point for improvement is the bed, it was a bit hard.

Clean, staff committee to guests needs, twin room spacious, location near to train, restaurant and shopping.

The spread was good. The variety of tea/coffee options available at reception beverage bar

They close down the hotel And did not let us know. We did not find out until we arrived at the hotel and a closed notice on door know other information had to go to another daiwa hotel nearby to find were to go. In the end after 2hrs, dragging bags all around station we finally find it. it did not even look like a hotel more like a apartment block. We meet 2 other Australians on train a couple days later that had the same drama finding hotel.

All of the above, if I was not locked in to stay Would have went somewhere else and saved money.

High standard of arrangements as one expects in Japan. Location is near enough the central station to commute, pedestrian, under ground in case of rain.

Breakfast was of good quality but, already within a stay of one week, I'd appreciate some more variation or larger selection of options.
