Lovely room and amazingly comfortable, and the host lucy was fantastic

Person who greeted me was very friendly and helpful, had upgraded me to a room at the back of the hotel away from the road. Lots of little extras, slippers, dressing gown, welcome pack, water - bonus.
Bed very uncomfortable, pillows poor quality. Room dated in most respects, wallpaper, carpet, shower room. All a bit 80’s and could do with completely remodelling.

The person attending to me when I arrived was kind enough to arrange transportation for me to the airport same day. They were very helpful and welcoming. Facilities in the room were sufficient for the length of the stay.
The room didn't have curtains, and the the shutters didn't close completely. It did make sleep a bit of a problem, but it's not the be all and end all.

Location was good. Owner was friendly and welcoming. They left an easter egg in our room for us which was a nice touch
Room was small but could be improved with better storage. No where to put suitcases, no full length mirror, no bathroom shelves for toiletries/somewhere to do make up. Shower pressure was poor

Lucy was a lovely host and helped us with her knowledge of the area. Nothing was too much trouble. Great stay and definitely come again

the noise level from the traffic throughout the night was extremely loud and prevented us from getting a good sleep. The shower head was poor and the furniture tops were tatty.

High ceilings, bathrobes slippers, kettle, coffee machine, clean, big comfortable bed, 10 mins from the beach by car. Casual easy check in, lovely warm welcome. All good.
Not the best for the parking. You can get blocked in or block someone else. You will have to leave your car keys with the owners if you don't want to be disturbed. But for us that wasn't a deal breaker.

Parking could be difficult. Not keen on screened lower window's - like to have a view.

Breakfast was very delicious! there was lovely gift package in our room which pretty suprise for us. There is a coffee machine also every think is very good. We are happy to stay here!

Super comfy orthopaedic mattress, spotless room and nice touches to make you feel at home. Really like the welcome package including home made lemon drizzle cake!
Room was quite small but this was fine for our short stay. Coffee machine and kettle supplied in the room but not really any space to plug in.
