Good location

Cleaning first. İt really made ne sad. The sheets were not clean and smell really bad. İ saw some hairs on the bed before we use it. İ think they should use drying machine to eliminate the hairs. İt was washed but the hairs are still there. Also they should change the detergent Kr fabric conditioner because the smell was bad. Secondly, the bathroom and towels. Towels were so old that even you clean it you smell the odour because of being old. And the bath tub was stucked because of the hairs in the drain pipe. İ had to take them by hand which is not mind. Keys- the place is safe and you need to write the cide to get in. However the box where the keys exist are stucked and it was very hare for us tonoprn it even if we write the cide correctly. İt is a Technical problem and we hesitated to be able to get into our room. Final comment: i think i wont prefer to say in this place ever again

Nice and cozy flat, equipped with everything you need for your stay in Budapest. Comfortable bed, kitchen, and nice and clean bathroom/toilet. Not too far from the city center and the Danube River. The tram stop is in a few minutes walk.

The hot water didn't work for a day but it was fixed quickly after I reported it to the host. The door was not closed when they left the apartment which I didn't like. The wifi was extremely weak, I was not able to make Zoom calls or play videos. The lift in the building was out of order most of the time.

The location is great, the apartment is nice and modern.

Someone was trying to get into one of the 3 apartments at 2AM and was ringing the intercom for minutes, which was very loud and was located in the hallway/common area of the 3 apartments, as it belongs to all of them at once, hence no real point of having it besides disturbing everyone and disrupting one's sleep. No remote control for the TV (or at least I could not find it).

Absolutely nothing!!

The original apartment that I booked in Budapest cancelled on us, so booking.com suggested this place... my biggest mistake is I took that recommendation to be on par with my original choice (which I'd spent ages checking out and reading reviews) so in a bit of a panic I went ahead and booked it... how wrong was I? The place is a complete dive, dark, dingy, and stinking dirty!! The headboard had been worn out, there were odd stains on the bottom of the bath, there was grease all over the kitche area and within minutes of sitting on the 'sofa', I was itching... It's all just one room, so don't be fooled when they call it an apartment. Please don't book this, don't let people get away with providing such awful accommodation. I wish I'd taken photos, but it was so bad I couldn't wait to get out of there, and that's what we did... we got out and luckily we found another apartment, so our stay at Budapest wasn't ruined... even if we did pay for 2 lots of accommodation!!

Location and East check-in

Apartment was cold and air conditioning is not enough for heating. Room was smelling bad and not clean. There is no shampoo and bathroom was not clean as well.

The floor wasnt clean, it had footprints. And that the info for the check in was given the same day, which was a little stressful it would be better if it was given the day before

The apartment was cold and the ac is noisy

It is easy to be found and the price was good. The kitchen box was good for this size. There was really hot water all the time limitless! The nearest bus/metro station is close , about 5 mins walking.

The room is really small and 2 adults is a little bit hard to stay there if one of them is not in the bed. The night lights were not working. The check out time is too early (at 10) and if you want to stay 2 hours more, you have to pay a price equal to the price of 1 more night.

It was a bit cold and I could not set the temperature higher. And there was no warm water after ca. 10 minutes of shower.

I loved the bathroom. The apartment was clean and warm (we stayed there in December). We also appreciated the hot tea and instant coffee available. It was amazing after a long day in the cold.

I wished there was shampoo and shower gel available since we arrived at midnight and everything was closed at the moment. No natural light in the room.

It had broken appliances, as for example the toilet flush.
