The comfortable pillows in the room were so fluffy and supportive, they made for a truly restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the bustling Dongdaemun fashion market, the trendy Hyundai City Outlets, and the historic Seoul City Gate. There is a good convenience store in the lobby as well.

Hotel buffet was somewhat disappointing as it offered a very limited variety of dishes. Additionally, the price of KRW22,000 per person was not justified, especially considering that this price was the same for both adults and children (up to 60 months).

The room was small, but comfortable and the location of the hotel great for traveling around Seoul.

Although I had a non-smoking room with a balcony, the next door neighbor was out on the balcony smoking which ruined it for me.

飛行機が遅延してしまってホテルに着いたのが翌日の朝6時半頃だったのですが、無事チェックインできました。 キャンセルされてないかがすごく不安だったので、無事宿泊できてよかったです。 あとコンビニが中にあることや、商業施設と同じ建物？だったり、駅近とか、とりあえず立地がよくて便利です。

階段が緊急用であったためにひとつ上のフロアまで行くのにわざわざエレベーターを待たなくてはいけなかったこと。

清潔、スタッフの方が親切。そして３ベッドがありがたかった。立地も良く買い物も便利。また宿泊したいです。

During our recent stay at the hotel, we found it quite good in terms of amenities and services, but it came with a higher price tag. While we enjoyed staying in that location, it felt like we were paying a premium to be there rather than for any additional value the hotel provided.

Most of the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. However, on a few occasions, I felt that some staff members were not fully engaged in serving customers. Nonetheless, the chap who helped us with the check-in process was exceptional and made our experience brilliant.

The free parking coupons were very hard to use bc you had to hold them at exactly the perfect angle. We lost 20 minutes on this. Since making their listing on Booking, this hotel has cut back its staff and moved check in to a tiny hallway on the first floor, which gets crowded. The self-check-in kiosk did not give us a second key or breakfast coupons. The overworked staff are fluent in Japanese but don’t speak any English so it was hard to get the missing breakfast coupons and parking voucher. The listed “restaurant” is only the breakfast area and the rooftop bar was closed. The place is clean, comfortable and in a good location but they exaggerated their facilities in their Booking listing and caused us some frustration.

Good location in Dongdaemun with walking distance to local department stores, shopping malls, restaurants and cafes in addition Metro line, Dongdaemun Design Plaza, Seoul City Wall, Cheonggyecheon Stream and Gwangjang Market. Room was comfortable and clean 24/7 Shopping Mart on Level 14

Rooms and hotel Corridors were slightly dated and dark compared to other cheaper 3 star hotels available in the local area. The top sky deck floor was closed during our stay which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel for our stay.
