Jeffrey's one bedroom, recently renovated apartment is perfectly located, walking distance to terrific shops, bars and restaurants in Palermo. Guillermina is a truly amazing apartment manager with great recommendations and she always responded to our communication very quickly. This property helped make our experience in Buenos Aires truly outstanding!

This a a great apartment in the heart of Palmero Soho. Absolutely everything this area can offer is at your doorstep. Also, it is secure and safe. I never felt insecure or worried about my overall security. The property owner was in contact with me once I made my booking and answered every question that I had. Guillermina is the property manager and is FANTASTIC. She will meet you upon your arrival and is always accessible via Whatsapp for anything you may need or any questions that may arise. My arrival was seamless from the airport because they had also arranged for a driver to meet me and get me there safely. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. I was able to cook my meals and sleep well. I know that I will utilise this apartment again when I return to Buenos Aires.

We had such a great time at our home in Palermo. The neighborhood was awesome full of restaurants, coffee shops, art and good vibes. Close to so many beautiful things to enjoy like the Japanese Park, Downtown, Recoleta. Our hostess Guille was awesome, you made our stay so much better. Can´t wait to go back and stay again in such a wonderful environment.

What a wonderful place! Great location with plenty of options of where to eat and drink as well as several nearby Western Union. The apartment is very nice, with everything you need for a great experience. Jeffrey and Guille were fantastic making our stay much better than we expected. I hope to return as soon as possible and to this same apartment!

The apartment was nice, clean and in a great location. Host and property manager were wonderful, leaving us snacks and beverages, including a bottle of wine. At first it took a little while to hear back with instructions for how to get into the property but eventually we were put in touch with the property manager after calling. This process could be improved in the future. However, the apartment needs some maintenance and refreshing. Linens on bed were threadbare, towels were no longer white, curtains were not clean, a light bulb was missing from the bedroom chandelier, and extra pillows in the closet were stained and completely flat. While the listing was clear that there was no soap or shampoo, for international travelers it would be nice if there had at least been some soap on the apartment. The absence of these things means we just have more to pack of items that we usually don’t have to worry about. We would rather have had soap and shampoo than snacks and wine. We are sharing the above in the hopes that the host invests just a little bit to make the apartment even better.

Location is perfect ! You have everything there . Very safe neighborhood . Property manager is A+. She helped with anything we asked . She would respond with in minutes even with questions not related to apartment . Apartment is outdated .Locks in balconi don’t work .

Great place to stay in Palermo. Neighborhood is safe and near everything. It is loud at night, as Argentina parties til sunrise. This is going to be typical if you stay in this neighborhood. Not a big deal; just bring ear plugs if noise bothers you. The property manager is very responsive and had good suggestions are where to eat and get chocolates. We would definitely stay again because of its location.

The apartment manager was stellar - met us at apartment at 9AM - spent about an hour going thru details of apartment, surrounding sites to see, great food places etc. Very responsive when we had some small issues (with city, not apartment). The WhatsAPP communication very easy and quick. Highly recommend this well situated apartment

Great neighbourhood with lots of food and shopping options within easy walking distance. But a bit noisy in the late hours. We were met by Guillermina and she was fabulous, shared lots of great information and was a pleasure. Apartment had the necessities and a thoughtful welcome pakage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay stay a d couldn’t have been happier. Guille, the property manager was a great communicator and even arranged us to be picked up at the airport. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Our apartment was roomy and well appointed. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony looking at our beautiful tree-lined street. Please know if you have issues with your knees the bed is very comfortable but very low. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Buenos Aires.

Guille met me at check in and got me settled. She is a gem! She answered my endless questions any time I messaged her. Everything in this place works great from kitchen , to bathroom, linens, and weekly housekeeping. I am a single, 73 year old woman with a dog and found the community safe and walkable. Restaurants and groceries are easily available. The mattress is very comfortable. My only complaint is that the bed is very close to the floor and a bit difficult to get up and down. The decor is nice. The couch has multiple tears and splits in the fabric. I thought the couch blanket itchy so I covered it with a sheet. The kitchen is well equipped but honestly skip cooking and take advantage of all the affordable places to eat. Air conditioning works great! Street noise is loud with the doors open but I slept great.

Communication was great, a ride to and from airport was taken care of for us and the property manager was awesome, she gave us a run down of all the good restaurants, neighborhoods, and sights to see. Location was maybe the best part- just a quick walk to everything you need. 10/10

Very nice and spacious modern apartment in the heart of Palermo Soho, truly one of the best neighborhoods for any newcomer to the city. Guille, the property manager, was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on where to find everything in Buenos Aires. She promptly took care of one small plumbing issue I had during my stay. Included cleaning service was much appreciated!

If I could afford it, I would stay again. The best part was the property manager. No question left unanswered. She is delightful and always available. Have to beat

The place had everything I needed and close to restaurants and shopping places. Guillermina the person who does the check in was very helpful at any time. She knows where to get anything. Jeffrey was always available. Great place and great host.

My spouse and I are remote workers and spent about 3 months in Jeff’s place. Some highlights: - The location is great with tons of amenities - gym, restaurants, bars, clubs, transit, fashion, co-working spaces for days you’re on lots of calls or just feel like a more ergonomic setup, you name it and it’s likely right around the corner. The location is extremely walkable as well - very reminiscent of a downtown center at any major North American city. We felt very safe here. - The weekly cleaning service was something that we came to really appreciate. - The place itself is well-equipped and stocked. The bed, couch, television, kitchen etc spaces are very comfortable. - Last but not least, the property manager at the time (Guille) is arguably who made our stay even more memorable. In a new country, it was very nice to have an ally right away and she went above and beyond in her role. All in, we’d recommend the place to anyone looking to get a good taste of what Buenos Aires has to offer, we would consider staying at Jeff’s property in a heartbeat if we were to visit BsAs again.

The only things That I told her was that the extra bed sheets were missing. the extra comforter was not completely clean. the same with the window courtains the couch should be repaired. the cover had cracks I could not find the hair blower and there was not iron for the clothes regardles of these, I would stay there again.
