Lovely condo right on Siesta Key Beach. Unit opens up to one of the two pools, and has a view of the beautiful beach. This condo was well-supplied with everything that you could need....and the owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating ....we look forward to renting his unit again!! It is definitely our first choice for our vacation!!

The travel agent handled everything so it was seamless for us. The owner contacted us when we could check in as well as purchased an ice cream gift card for us. We had a wonderful time

We have just returned from a wonderful and relaxing family vacation on Siesta Key. We have been looking for a new favorite place to stay since my in laws sold their condo that they had owned on Anna Maria for many years. This condo is now our favorite! The condo was beautiful, spacious and very well maintained. It has every amenity you could need to enjoy a beach vacation. The location is great as well, it is in walking distance of a grocery store, great restaurants, a drug store and much more. The condo owner was wonderful to work with, very helpful and always prompt in answering questions. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier.There are many things to do in the area also for all ages. Our kids, ages 22, 19 and 17, were never bored. Our favorites were kayaking at Turtle Beach and deep sea fishing with Captain Josh but we mostly just enjoyed the beach and the pools at the condo.We would love to return to Siesta Key and this condo in the future. We have been to Siesta Key five times now & have never found the perfect place until now! Bert is exceptional! He was only a text away for any question we had. The condo is so spacious. The master suite is a dream & so private. We have three children ages 13, 11 & 8 and they loved having the spa pool located right outside of their patio! We used the grill located right at the spa pool several times. Perfect beach access with chairs to use & the other pool & hot tub were gorgeous with a great view! Bert went above & beyond and we loved every second of our trip & our place. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again! Thank you Bert!!

Our family has been going to Siesta Key for more than 30 years, and this condo is just fabulous. We've rented Bert's condo three times the past year!! The gulf view from the balcony is a slice of calm and beauty, and the beach is perfect for swimming and long walks--usually more serene than the public Siesta Beach area. Across the street are causal bars, restaurants and shops, including our favorites-the Orange Octopus, which serves homemade ice cream. Sunsets on the beach can be spectacular and always draw a crowd to watch and celebrate. We love the unique location of this particular unit because of the easy access through the back covered balcony directly to the lap pool wth arcing fountains and gas grill. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel a sense of luxury and relaxation overwhelm you! The furnishings, Tommy Bahama style bedrooms and high quality linens won't disappoint. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped to make any meal you desire, all within view of the water. Bert is professional and friendly and goes above and beyond your expectations to ensure your stay is perfect. We can't wait to go back again!

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful vacation in Siesta Key. We've vacationed in Siesta Key a number of times before and this was our first time staying at Crescent Siesta Key. We can't say enough wonderful things about the location, the property, the property management and of course, the condo owner. The location is perfect. Beachfront with beach views and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need. The property itself is managed with great care. There are beautiful amenities that are in perfect condition including two pools and two barbecues. Checking in and out was such an easy process. Our condo was absolutely stunning. Two beautiful patios made enjoying outside views and dining outside such a memorable experience. Spacious interiors and lovely furniture, bedding and decor made this such a lovely and luxurious home away from home. The condo was so perfectly appointed: ensuite laundry, beach towels, plastic tumblers, and every possible utensil, tool and appliance (just to name a few) ensured we had everything we needed to make gourmet meals at home or pack a picnic to enjoy on the beach. The condo owner was so welcoming and responsive. We're so thankful to him for making our stay such a memorable one. We hope to return again for another wonderful family trip.

My wife and I have rented in the Crescent Siesta Key condo building on six previous occasions (we have been coming to Siesta Key for over 30 years!) and we believe this to be the best location on the amazing Siesta Key beach. Having extensive experience renting here, I have to say this is the nicest unit we have rented. It is beautifully decorated and perfectly finished. There is a large, well appointed and thoughtfully stocked kitchen. A large dinning room table can accommodate the most lavish meals. There is very good internet and cable TV and best of all, a huge shower in the master bedroom. We enjoyed using the middle pool area like it was our private preserve. And most importantly, Bert handles all of your inquires and arrangements professionally and with the occasional delightful surprise (you will have to rent the unit to find out). Absolutely the place we will stay on our next visit to Sarasota.

I have used VRBO for vacation rentals for several years now, but this condo was the very best rental I have booked thus far. It was large enough for my husband and me along with our daughter, son, and daughter-in-law. It is has every thing you need to prepare a wonderful meal in, or if your prefer you can walk to Captain Kurts right across the street. Also the the Sneaky Tiki is there for a drink and live music most nights. The beach and pool area is fabulous, and you have private acces to the lap pool right outside condo patio. The best part about renting this condo was the wonderful service provided by the owner, Bert. He was so very helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this condo and would love to have the opportunity to visit there again. We had a wonderful relaxing family vacation.

This is our 4th year returning to this extraordinary condo! We love visiting year after year, as the condo truly feels like home when we stay. The condo owner, Bert, is extremely accommodating and provides everything you would need within the condo. He has been so gracious to our family, and we truly appreciate being able to come back every year. This condo is amazing! Just returned from our week long trip in Siesta Key. This was our first stay in this condo and it is truly top notch. The condo itself is impeccable. Top of the line finishes, comfortable beds, all the amenities you could ask for. We got lots of use out of both of the complexes pools, the grill outside, and the most amazing beach. There is a free taxi service that will pick you up across the street and take you to Siesta Village (they work for tips). Lots of local restaurants within walking distance of the condo. We really enjoyed Capt'n Curts and Clayton's the nights we went out. The Orange Octopus was a favorite of our daughters. We will definitely be back. Bert was a dream to work with. Wonderful communication, great follow up, and awesome recommendations. If you book this place, you will not be disappointed!

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo , on this magnificent beach for a special birthday. I must say we are all spoiled forever from our stay! The place is a first class property and the owner , Bert is a gracious , generous and efficient host. I can't even think of going back to our usual Atlantic Ocean vacations after our stay here. The condo is in a perfect location to the beach ,stores and restaurants. Thank you Bert for sharing your place with us, we left with amazing memories!!

This was our first visit to Siesta Key and we loved it! The condo is big and decorated beautifully. It was very quiet which is very important to us (me in particular). It was right on the beach so it was easy to go to the beach and the pool and come back if the kids wanted to rest for a while. The beach is beautiful and wasn't overly crowded, which all of us loved. It is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, boat/jet ski rental, really anything that you could ask for. There were tons of beach towels and toys in the condo which was also great. The best part was dealing with someone as nice as Bert. It's rare these days to find nice people to deal with so that sealed the deal for me. Thank you for your hospitality and for use of your beautiful condo. We will definitely be back in the future!

This was the best Spring break since I was a teenager. This gorgeous condo has everything anyone could want. It has a fabulous view, quick access to Stickney Point bridge and downtown Sarasota. The interior is fully equiped, clean and up to date. There is nothing lacking in this condo. My family and friends enjoyed some time with me and everyone has decided we could never go elsewhere. My family of four just returned from a great week at Siesta Key. The condo is spacious and full of amenities. It is luxurious, and the pictures really do not do it justice. The beach is right outside the door as are beach chairs, toys, anything you could want. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the view and some outside dining. My son, also, loved the lap pool which was right outside his sliding door. Everything you could possibly want is right at your fingertips. We also loved the location of the condo--It is right across the street from Captain Curt's (great fried shrimp) and in back of that is Clayton's restaurant which has great food, also ( little more upscale than Captain Curt's). Two other restaurants we really enjoyed were Ophelia's on the Bay (5 minutes right down Midnight Pass Road),( more upscale--great food!) and Gammino's Café in Siesta Key--great atmosphere and wonderful Italian food. One last note, Bert is the most accommodating condo owner we have ever worked with. It was a pleasure to work with him. Our family has stayed in many condos on the Atlantic and the Gulf Coast. Hands down, this is one of the best!

Let me say upfront that Bert, the owner of this condo, is very attentive and provides a prompt response to any questions that you may have. He is easy to work with -- which is a plus for this condo rental. As soon as you walk through the frond door, you realize that you have made the right choice. The condo is furnished with first class furnishings and almost all amenities are provided. My wife especially liked that Master Bedroom -- as there is a large area adjacent for dressing and bathing. As a side note (and an important one), the mattresses are very comfortable, as well. The complex itself is located directly on the Gulf with a Regular Pool and a Lap Pool. The Regular pool has a hot tub (Spa) and a gas grill for cooking. We actually used the gas grill to fix shrimp one night while there. As you walk from the pool area, you are directly on the Gulf -- which, if you are familiar with this area, provides calm water and soft sand (that is why it's rated as the #1 Beach!). Lastly, the location is near Stickney Point -- which is one of the main access road to Siesta Key. Because of this location, you will have easy access to any restaurant or store that you may wish to visit. By now, you realize that this place is first class and I know you would enjoy renting. When we return to Siesta Key, we will definitely rent again! A special THANKS to Bert for all he did while we were there!

From the initial contact and throughout the whole process Bert was a great owner - he responded very quickly to every email and offered suggestions for restaurants and even internal flights within the US. The complex is within walking distance of some restaurants and shops when you want to leave the car behind but it is also convenient for a wider choice on US41. The condo itself is furnished to a high standard will all the bedding/towels you'll need and although we didn't do any cooking all that you require is supplied in the kitchen and the provision of beach chairs was an added bonus. The free Wi-Fi was very reliable and was essential for us as it allowed us to keep in contact with disabled parents at home. The front pool has some wonderful loungers if you want to just hang out by the pool but you shouldn't miss the beach which is wide with a gentle slope which makes it suitable for children. The sand is perfect and the condo's location at the southern end of Crescent Beach provides the opportunity for a nice beach walk up to Siesta Key village. It was unfortunate that over running essential maintenance work meant the rear pool was out of use but this was outside Bert's control and he told us about it as soon as he was aware of it giving us the chance to cancel if we wanted to - we declined and the work did not detract from our stay.

We loved our stay and were sad to leave after our week in paradise! The condo is just lovely, is super clean and stocked with everything one might need. The pictures on VRBO really don't do it justice. Bert, the owner, is very kind, honest and quick to respond to emails/questions. We took advantage of grilling by the pool, swimming in both of the pools and spending the bulk of our time on the amazing beach. The sand is white and soft like flour. The water is warm and calm. Another huge perk is that it is not crowded. It felt like we were spending a week on one of Florida's best well-kept secret beaches. As far as dining out goes, clam chowder at Captain Curt's is a must as is ice cream in the plaza behind the restaurant. We loved the fish tacos at SKOB. Sadly, Javier's was closed for vacation during our stay but we've enjoyed dining there in the past. Pizza at Solorzano Bros. Pizzeria was fantastic. We wouldn't recommend Hub Baja Grill or Big Olaf for ice cream - both were disappointing. We highly recommend this wonderful condo on beautiful Siesta Key Beach!

This condo is beautiful and super clean! We had a great vacation... a 10 out of 10! Bert is a pleasure to work with... couldn't have been nicer. The whole property was clean and well maintained. We've stayed at several condos along Siesta Key and this one was by far the nicest. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped place to stay. This condo has it all and more... we will definitely be coming back! I can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful condo! The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could possibly need while on vacation. My family enjoyed the view of the gulf from the front patio and the direct access to the lap pool from the back patio. The complex itself is very secure and well maintained. The pools are beautiful and also well maintained. The owner of the condo is wonderful as well. He is welcoming, helpful and prompt to reply to any email or text. The location is ideal. The building is across the street from Captain Curt's Crab and Oyster bar (eating their clam chowder is a must!). The Orange Octopus ice cream shop is also across the street and is one of my family's favorite places for an after dinner treat. A small grocery store, pharmacy and gift shops are also within walking distance. If you venture to the Village in Siesta Key I also recommend The Lobster Pot, The Cottage and Meaney's Mini Donuts. We had a wonderful week at Bert's condo and I highly recommend staying here.

We had stayed in this complex before but this was the first time to stay in this particular condo. The owner is a dream to work with, before during and after. He makes sure you have all the info you need about the condo and area. He is extremely prompt in replying to emails. He literally bent over backwards to help us in every way. The condo itself is clean, beautiful and very spacious. There were some "getting started supplies" which was much appreciated. The security of the complex made us as parents feel very secure. The location of the complex is wonderful. There is a restaurant right across the street with great clam chowder and grouper sandwiches. I tried the "file fish" which I had never heard of and now it's one of my favorites. There is an ice cream shop right across the street which my daughter loved visiting quite often. There is a bar with live entertainment in the outdoor area which my older daughter and her husband loved. There is also a grocery store across the street which was convenient when running out of something or for an item that we forgot at our major shopping trip. There was another fresh fish cafe/market across the street that had very high ratings on Yelp and Trip Advisor but we never made it there. I would also suggest you walk south on the beach to The Wall at low tide and go around it. The beach/rocks are extremely beautiful and we enjoy finding crab and other such wildlife. I took my good camera there and got some great shots. My younger daughter and husband snorkeled there and saw some beautiful fish and even a baby stingray. Another suggestion for anyone staying in Siesta Key is to order shrimp from Monk's Steamer Bar. We bought 2 lbs of shrimp and boy were they extremely fresh, huge, and yummy. We just picked them up and brought them back to the condo. They have other seafood but shrimp is all that we tried. So rent this condo with peace of mind knowing that you will love it.

Our stay at Bert's condo was simply fantastic! Everything in the condo is top notch from the kitchen and accessories to the linens and we especially enjoyed watching March Madness and Netflix on the Big 60" Smart HDTV. No need to bring beach chairs or umbrellas - it's all there. Bert is a joy to work with. He is very attentive to your questions and/or concerns. He demonstrated to us that he truly appreciated our business. The location is really great. We have stayed in Siesta Key many times previous, but never at a location that had so many places within a very short walk. All very convenient. We enjoyed breakfast on the front balcony with a very nice view of the gulf. We made many dinners on the gas grill with easy access just outside the back balcony. Siesta Key can get very busy during this time of year. However, we never felt it too crowded at this property. The 3 bedrooms were very handy for family visitors during the month. Also, it's very nice that there are 2 assigned parking spaces under roof. Of course, Crescent Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! All in all, we enjoyed it so much that we are definitely returning next year.
