Located just across from Subway Pyramid mall. Very convenient

Walls and floor were dirty. Room had a musty smell. The head board of the bed was felt material and it was smelly. We expected a small room so that's fine. But they could have done more with cleanliness.

Great location, near to Family Mart entrance at Sunway Pyramid, affordable price.

Floor feel dirty, blanket and mattress doesn't seems cleaned and replace properly. Electricity not enough power causing light to flicker when water heater in use.

It's literally next to Sunway Pyramid. There's a 24 hour mamak downstairs. 24 hour convenient stores around the area. Bed and towels were clean. Shower is spacious

There was a small cockroach. Room is dark. A bulb flickered and was annoying. Floor was sticky. Walls are thin. Aircon seem to turn itself off every few hours, even after trying to set it so it wouldn't go off

Room getting older, need do an maintainence and repair, but this hotel, they just want make money, their really don't care. Previously stay, 2D1N, encounter smell issue, but they able change room.. Now for new booking for 3night is really disappointed, room 215 was having hapak smell, due to water leaking at wall.. asking staff for room changing.. they said no room available.. the solution just spray with fragrance... On last Night, they only able to change room, after ask their staff and want to talk with Manager, We feel unhappy, want checkout early.. request for refund for last one night, they ask customer to call ourself to Booking.com.. Really Disappointed for the service.
