I booked this hotel for my nephew upon his travel to Australia. It was a long lay over. I personally kept on calling them to check on him as we were calling him and he didn’t answer and more than two times they said he checked out. His mother kept on calling him and we ended up calling the airport and emirates airline to check on him. He missed his flight because they didn’t bother to check on him or nock on the room. They misled us and caused a chaos.

Excellent location

Only complaint was I felt the staff were not particularly polite at check in. Came across as impatient.

Good location, comfortable and quiet. A good rest in between flights.

Expensive for what you get. Breakfast could be better. Booking very difficult, could be made easier. Asked a question via message and never got a response.

Very very helpful staff who sat me down when they saw I have mobility problems and processed me as quick as possible. The room was calm and clean and comfortable and easy to get to inside the airport. My only gripe is that for an 8 hour booking it is very very expensive, ie the same as you would pay for a full 24 hour stay but suppose that's the price of convenience, and a shower and clean cool bed and bathroom to use after a long flight is wonderful. I was offered a room service breakfast and this came in plenty of time, also appreciate the bottles of water and coffee making supplies.
