Hotel is immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean, great service. Proximity to a nearby mall is very handy.

The hotel could be little more flexible with their check out times.

The Christmas buffet dinner was very disappointing ! How can a supposed five star hotel present a Christmas buffet dinner where the food is all cold? I had to ask for a knife in order to carve the turkey, no one there to carve the meat for guests. All the food I had including turkey, potatoes and vegetables were cold and there was no sauce or gravy to accompany the food.

Lambert attended to us at check-in on our arrival, and he was exceptional. he was thoughtful, patient, and resourceful. He was caring over and beyond his duty. I truly commend him. He left us with a fantastic impression of the hotel. I loved the comfort of the bed too. despite being in a new place and a new country, i slept so sweetly from the first night.

There was no lunch buffet except in a separate restaurant.

Rooms are spacious, i booked a superior room. Everyone is friendly & accomodation. Food selection is big. Sunday brunch is value for money. Wifi great. Opposite convention centre. You even get a proscecco during breakfast!!!😜

The food selection within the hotel, Filini, Lardi and the others are fantastic. The view of the city is amazing. Fantastic bed and pillows, exceptional customer service too. Plus it’s in close proximity to all the fun you need in Kigali

I like the water conservation idea of using rain water to flush toilets, however I don’t like the smell or color it leaves behind. Maybe, they can try treating the water. Also we observed a lot of bees on the premises, so if you have bee allergies, it’s best to come prepared. Asides that everything else was superb.

Quality Customer Service. From the moment you step in the hotel, all the staffs are very professional and friendly. Everything was explained to us upon checking .Our room Was amazing too with an amazing view. We had some lovely fruits and cakes brought to our room I guess as a welcome gesture which was so lovely. We also had access to the executive lounge which has a roof top area with a breathtaking view.The food and drinks in the executive Lounge were delicious! We made use of the pool , sauna and tennis court which were all amazing ! The staff near the pool were also lovely , kindly offering to use our phones to take picture of us together in the pool !

Nothing it was all up to standard if not beyond my expectations

Breakfast was nice, and the location was good. Pool area is nice although it in fairly shaded from mid afternoon due to the high building layout.

Our room was on the side of the conference centre and there was quite a bit of noise at various times day and night. In the day time it was hard to get food as the only option was buffet at 25 USD per person which is not ideal when you just want a snack. While the staff were mainly very nice, the service was much slower than you would expect.
