Poor street access for pedestrians.
Faulty air conditioning in room 535. Reported and attended to within the hour. Large volume of condensate drained from the system by the maintenance technician. System worked for a few hours before the same fault returned.
Being told that I would enjoy a 25% discount by the check in clerk and then discovering at Lucca restaurant that discount didn’t apply to that restaurant. Restaurant waitress decided to charge to my room in order to apply a guest discount.
Restaurant called my room and said ‘we cannot charge your room as you don’t have any credit left’ ‘Can I bring my machine to your room so that you can pay for your meal?’
I’ll stick to Double Tree and Marriott in future. This never happened when we stayed with them in more than 30 countries.

Receptionists were very friendly and supportive. The interior and furniture were so fine.
The card key didn't work when trying to enter the Gym. The location was a bit far from the central business districts and shopping districts, and it was hard to go out by foot due to the safety concern. I felt inconvenient.

The location as it’s in front of the highway and the view is not as we would expect from such hotel and prices

All the staff was very professional and helpful. I get an excellent driver called Kevin and another one called Ben on my way back to the airport. I highly recommande this hotel for the service, location and the comfort.
