地理位置离哪里都近，环境也不错，十分安全。

有些设施可以更新一下，比如小冰箱不是每一个房间都有。但服务员很棒，因为需要帮我搬了一个过来。

NO air-condition NO Breakfast very poor and not delicious.

I like the staff, especially the cleaning staff kudos...However, the room walls are very thin which means you can hear everything if you know what I mean LOL.

Gym is very very disappointing; no effort was made to make it a workout room as everything is broken are too cheap to use for a workout. Please do better

The simming pool is very much cold, all day long. I did not get to enjoy it

The staff was friendly and available to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was good and freshly prepared.

The room was old, and the bed was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was slippery, and water in the shower was often cold.

Initially, we though the place was a find. Well, we were wrong. Other than being in a median proximity to the airport from the city, it’s not really a worth it place to stay if you want to have comfort and good breakfast, you could do better. to give it credit, the room is clean.

1. The rooms are not the best. It was small and no air conditioner. That is difficult because to cool down the room, you need to open the window with the screen. now it’s a small window with a screen and the wind does not pass well. And there is the noise from the main bushy street. So you need to choose between having a sauna or a semi-aired loud room. 2. Breakfast is something you could buy in the streets of Nairobi. Could hav been better with more choices. 3. Staff- oh the reception is a piece of work. We needed to leave early, so we asked for breakfast box. Well, she told us to go up to the restaurant and ask it ourself…ok. for the sake of not arguing, we did. the the people in the restaurant said we need to go down the reception to request the breakfast box. We gave up! oh I saw a huge rat crossing the kitchen floor while we were there too.
