Not a bad value for money if you can tolerate cockroaches. Spacious living room and terrace

Oh, I wish I could read reviews before booking this one. Cockroach infested...we had to stay up all night and keep our lights on to avoid them. Filthy bathroom and kitchen. We had to stay 1 night between our journey and could not sleep there. They will offer a 500php car airport transfer for a 10 minute ride. Same price as the airport service, which is a rip off. But do take it if you're not familiar with local places. It's hard to find. Otherwise kuya on the tricycle will take you there for 80php.

Location is near to the center, although it's quite difficult to locate it at first, best when you have a private vehicle. We occupied the entire 3rd floor apartment. Very spacious, and wide balcony where you can just chill.

We arrived at around 8 p.m. and the staffs were so unbothered that shift they were difficult to reach and even ask a question😅. Better staff attitude during the morning shift though. All in all, the experience was great despite the staff issue which was not really a big deal.

The location is far from the highway but still within walking distance.

The place and the location. It was very far from the main road — and it was a rough, rocky, and dusty road. When we finally arrived at the place — oh 🙁. My family didn’t want to push thru with staying there. It was the only one left during that time coz there was a big event in Dumaguete. Had to cancel our booking -- no refund and all coz the one managing the place won’t allow. Wow, that was easy money. If they included in their post the way going to the place, I wouldn’t have chosen it in the first place. We went around Dumaguete to look for a much better place. We found out that there are many better places in Dumaguete not listed in Booking.com.

There are cockroaches in the living and dining room.

Of course it could be 100 meter closer the big street

I like that it was clean and very comfortable to stay at.
