Rooms are clean and spacious. Beautiful sunrise and sunset view at the balcony (if you are in the poolside). Staff is very nice. The hotel is walking distance to multiple nearby restaurants. Accessible parking space.

A bed is compose of pillows, bedsheet, flat sheet but none and a bed cover. We requested for a flat sheet. The staff said there is an extra charge. Omg🙄

None of the places to eat or drink seem to have change. There are no sheets, just a duvet. Too hot at night, unless you crank the AC super high

their “extra bed” and “extra person” is not a difference in a big aspect but the entire concept is written wrong.

There is only one person who is really lovely her job and made me feel extremely positive and welcomed by her great attitude and smile. she is a hotel management trainee by the name of Jessa. she went out of the way to help us in every way she could.

Most of the staff have attitude an problem( specially those at their reception), no smile at all, their body language is disrespectful and makes you feel unwelcomed. Air con did not work properly during whole stay , was not fixed despite requests. shower was worthless, little more than a trickle. bathroom size was also very small. breakfast was good for nothing with flies sitting on the food. hardly any option for vegetarians. coffee wasn't available as they said their coffee machine has broken. Room service expected everything to be paid in cash, every time something was ordered. ( how many people carry so much cash in this time and age? and it is highly inconvenient to pay by cash every time) instead of just signing the bill and paying at the time of checkout. only after I explained to a number of people and gave them some money upfront did they stop sending the bills to me again and again. did not have an iron in the room, costed 100 peso to get my clothes ironed, which had to be returned as they were hardly ironed. requested for extra chairs in the room as I was expecting guests which was refused initially, when I asked them to connect me to the hotel GM, did they relent and reluctantly arranged few chairs in the room. no tissue paper, no shower gel, no hand soap as well. overall, absolute ripoff. must avoid.

Bedroom floors dirty, mirrors on wardrobe smeared reception staff not too helpful. Wanted to charge meal and drinks to room after much effort this was agreed Yet each time I tried to charge to room the staff questioned this and I had to go back reception to resolve.

WiFi was useless

The value for the money

I booked for the Queen Deluxe and I received a confirmation but when I got there, the room given to us is Queen only, it was disappointing
