Good size room with nice bed. First we got a room without a window but the staff quickly had that changed.

TV worked but all was in Chinese. We where not able to connect to the wireless Internet but we did not ask for help to fix it. They ask for a deposit even if you pay the room at arrival!?! Dot like that behavior at all.

Staff intterupt when you are talking to one of them the other will interrupt very rude.. breakfast serve too long and always forget something to serve, Room is not being clean in 3 days and someone came and put a table right on the middle of the room makes the room very tight, suggestions: wait for you guest to check out before you re decided rate , can’t use the tv if you cant read chineese. Kindly send housekeeper to at least sweep the floor or fresh up the bathroom once a day.

Good value. Restaurant is large, fancy, clean. Service is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Free breakfast is Filipino only. Noisy in the mornings as the staff moves the furniture around in the conference room on the 4th floor. Road in front of hotel floods during rainy season. Caters to Chinese guests. For example the TV is in Chinese.

Nothing we even left early even thought there was no refund

InWhen I booked i asked for ground floor room as i am disabled, but they assigned me a room on the second floor knowing that the lift was out of order. Room cleaning was very poor eg. When they cleaned the room they swept the hair and dust into the hallway so when you return to you room you walk the dirt back in. We went away for two days and left the sign on the door to makeup the room when we returned at 20.30 two days later the sign was still on the door and the had not been touched. I dont think they know how to clean taps or glasses as they never touch them in 14 days. The room is supposed to provide tea/coffee and water each day, they provide 1 small coffee cun no tea or coffee and after 10 days of complaining they eventually provided water to the room. Chose a diffrent hotel unless you like dirty rooms and food reheated in a microwave or cold 99% of the time eg breakfast comes on a small plate wraped in cling film and its wet on the inside with condensation.

The rooms are very clean and big. They have a very practical welcome/hygiene kit that is very useful. The parking lot is very big and safe. The guards are effecient and on watch. The lobby is cozy and clean and the restaurant. The color coordination of the furnitures are relaxing and cool to the eyes.

The food service at the restaurant is quiet delayed. Very few staffs maybe. We were not also informed the night before that we can make pre order of food for the next day's breakfast so it wont take time.
