Posizione ottima! In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono il centro di Pozza di Fassa e le QC terme, mentre in 10 minuti di macchina si è a Canazei. Colazione buona e abbondante, sia con cose dolci che salate (hanno qualcosina anche per chi è celiaco). Le camere sono ampie, con tutti i comfort e molto pulite. Ottimo anche il parcheggio esterno, tutto per gli ospiti della struttura.

Accoglienza dello staff nonostante l'arrivo dopo l'orario consentito.La camera (junior suite) accogliente, pulita e confortevole nonostante i -10 gradi esterni. Colazione buona.

One of the beds was creaky and not suitable for a self-respecting hotel

I couldn’t believe the value of this room with amazing staff, an in-room sauna and a personal porch with a view of the towering peaks at sunset. Unbelievable! The management is having staff issues (like every other business), but it was not evident in our experience.

Room was slight cold but reception desk kindly resolve with heater right away!

The rooms are quite newly renovated, nothing fancy with mostly fake materials but everything is clean and rather modern: No dirty carpets or moldy bathrooms. Bed was comfy, furniture looks nice and bathroom is almost like new. Room also came with a balcony, desk & closet. Was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the other reviews here. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection and even egg dishes if you ask. Very friendly staff and daily room cleaning.

The hotel is old and the common rooms have definitely not seen a renovation in many years with an 80s feeling. Now in the low season there was no restaurant nearby that was open (apart from the restaurant in the hotel itself). Not a problem if you have a car though. Room was rather small and wifi was ok for browsing but video calls were stuttering. Price is ok compared to other hotels in the region but surprisingly high given it was low season.

We had to leave before breakfast, so no clue how that was- other from that, we had a lovely time; excellent mountain view from a big balcony, modern and clean rooms and very friendly, nice owners. Definitely recommended!

Our plugs didn't fit in those stylish sockets except for one :o) The lift was a bit on the small side, but it worked, so...doesn't really spoil the experience as a whole.
