Está excelente la ubicación, playa hermosa a pie del inmueble, disponibilidad de transporte a la mano, las áreas comunes muy lindas, la alberca súper cómoda, el complejo habitacional bien.

La cortina del baño estaba rota, viejita y con moho, lo mismo con las paredes del baño, no había tapete de baño por lo que era inevitable salpicar al salir de la regadera aunque nos secáramos bien adentro. Las paredes sucias, les falta un retoque de pintura. Las repisas de la cocina y refrigerador llenos de cochambre y polvo que nunca han limpiado, el refri funciona pero está sucio por todos lados. Solo dejaron un rollo de papel de baño y ni una botellita de agua de bienvenida (en lo que como huésped consigues la propia). Le falta mucho mantenimiento al departamento 2001 por lo que cobran.

Pool was out of service night we arrived and all morning afternoon we were there

The property was nice and in a great location. It was safe and also had a store on site which was very convenient. The pool was very nice and the beach access from pool area was also convenient. The view of the beach was spectacular! There was a bus stop in front of property which was great as that was our mode of transportation up and down the hotel zone.

The ad on booking.com was misleading for condo 1105. It said there was air-conditioning however, wasn't specific to say that the air condition was only in the bedroom. It was super-hot in the restroom and the kitchen! I feel like that was PURPOSELY misleading otherwise it would have stated that the entire condo wasn't air conditioned. We were in 3-digit temps!! Showering didn't help because as soon as we got out of the shower, we were immediately drenched in sweat again. This was our first time in Cancun and feel we didn't get to get the full experience being in the condo because we couldn't do anything in there other than sleep as we had to be in the bedroom to stay cool. Also, the toilet seat screws were completely rusted, and the seat didn't hold still. The bathroom doorknob was loose. The bedroom doorknob was loose and would jam and lock us in the room until we struggled for about 5 minutes to finally get the doorknob to unlatch. We had to tie a towel from the outside knob to the inside knob so that the door would latch on and not lock us in the bedroom. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The microwave was not conveniently set up where there was an electrical outlet so when we used it we had to carry the microwave and place it on the sink in order to use it. Also, i wasn't aware that I couldn't hang my swimsuit on balcony in front and when I went out to grab it, it was gone!! I was so upset. I sent msg to my host about it and said they would check but never got back to me until I contacted host again regarding bathing suit and was told she'd get back to me. She did get back to me and said no one turned it in. Also, I complained to host about the hot condo w/no air-conditioning, and she said they would try to get us in a new room the next day, but she never got back to me the rest of the time. That was VERY disappointing!

- Having a sunset view definitely made up for not having an ocean view. - Having direct access to the private beach/ocean was definitely THE best feature of this property. - My kids loved the facility's pool. And it has a beautiful view of the ocean. - Beach/bath towels were provided for every guest which was nice. - The property is gated with security at the gates and patrolling the facility. It felt safe. - The guards were friendly and helpful. - It was the most budget friendly accommodation in the hotel zone.

- The beefed up security didn't allow our cab to enter the property, to approach us to our unit. This was inconvenient when you have kids (one of which is a baby) and heavy luggage to carry. - For some reason, the female staff we encountered were unfriendly and abrupt. Not a single one cracked a smile when we saluded them or asked for information. - The cleanliness was really the sticking point for me, especially the kitchen. It was plain disgusting, to the point that I simply didn't want to cook. The top of the stove was sticky and probably never cleaned and the backsplash and around the faucet were gross. The cooking dishes were sticky. But the worst part was the use of Raid in the kitchen. Every time I opened the drawer for cutlery, the smell of Raid just engulfed me. I had to clean everything from fear of poisoning. It's clear that there's an ant problem and I don't know if the kitchen was sprayed with the cutlery and dishes still in the cupboards before our arrival. The futon in the kitchen was dirty. I don't think that cover was ever cleaned. We covered it with a blanket from the bedroom before sitting on it. - The location was awesome for ocean access but not great for access to food or a convenience store. You had to walk a few km or take the SEA Bus to access any of those things.
