Arrived to milk in fridge lovely chocolate cake and bottle of prosecco All the little extras like picnic stuff beach chairs BBQ etc

Absalutely nothing !!

Location was where we wanted to be.

The mattress on king side bed was very hard and the springs squeaked every time we moved. The lounge seating was very uncomfortable and we felt that the picnic table/bench seating might have broke if sat on.

clean and tidy and had absolutely everything you could need in it. so good to have milk and cake on arrival too. for us location was perfect

Very comfortable and cozy.

nice cosy property with everything you will need. close to the sea front and shops.

Overall a really lovely property simply but nicely decorated and furnished. Sunny, south facing garden. Close to the sea. Very clean.

Sofas uncomfortable and dated. In the exiting details it asked you to set the alarm but I couldn’t see any instructions on it. the alarm itself had a notice saying do not change settings. Also I tried to contact the owners twice but didn’t get a reply either time.

Location was near the sea front

The mattresses really need changing in all bedrooms, would have been very uncomfortable we we stayed longer, and we where not sure if we had clean bedding. I hoovered and the carpet came up so clean . I think maybe you need to look into your cleaners. My mum left her new cardigan there, which my son asked to pick up as lives around the corner , and was told it wasn't there.

House was excellently clean when we arrived. The extras such as books, DVDs, puzzles and games were enjoyed by the adults and children. The short walk to the beach was very welcome and shame about the weather (but it was February!).

Would've have liked a privacy blind in the bathroom. The kitchen would have benefited from a dishwasher of sorts.
