there was no breakfast, cannot comment. quiet and safe neighborhood. the care taker Hans was very accommodating and attended to our requests promptly . veranda is spacious

fneed to bring or ask for extra blangkets. no drinking water dispenser. water is discpensed from a faucet at the bottom of gallon plastic container. knives are dull, the upper unit there's a hole on the floor at the dining area, that is an eye sore, looks like a rat hole , should be filled. in. veranda is big, but no chair or table set up. street is so steep that 2 of our cars had to park by the busy road for fear of not being able to climb up or might skid down the steep slope to the house. no available parking for more than 1 car. other occupants would request to take the parking slot for the night when reserved car is stil out . paint on the gate-doorway to the units are chipping off, you can see the rust. Plastic cover on the gates are worn out making it untidy looking. our expectations were reasonable and not high, but still the ressidence fell short. view is good but not opern, can be seen only from an angle of the veranda... Highly suggested that the facade of the hourse be painted so it doesnt look like it is still under construction.
